I made the appointment for today with a nice lady a week ago, yesterday I called her to confirm if plumber would come, she said Yes. Today morning she called me and said that they don't have anybody available, but gave me the phone number of another company assuring that they should have a plumber for today??!!! I am in shock..
So, I called the number she gave me and all their plumbers are busy.
Waited a week for the appointment and nothing!!!
Dont do any business with them, horrible company!!!

Not sure why Lake Tahoe Plumbing only has 3 stars, because they had excellent service, fast, and actually solved my plumbing problem when Roto-Rooter couldn't after 4 times!! I believe it was Eric who came when I called the day of. Most places were booked, as this was right before Christmas holiday. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything. If I have a plumbing problem again, I'll be calling Lake Tahoe and NOT roto-rooter. Thanks Lake Tahoe Plumbing!

For years I have been using my microwave recycle vent, never did the job. I called Lake Tahoe and plumbing and talked to Steve. Steve sent over Ryan and he was able to hook up my recycle vent to the outside vent. Works perfect. Thank you Ryan for a great job and thank you Steve. I will always recommend Lake Tahoe Plumbing and heating. Michael.

I call for clog up drainage for my duplex both side but they end up charging me more for non authorized service my bill over 500 hundred dollar for just supposed to clog only

We had are furnace replaced. Everybody I talked to was friendly and helpful! The crew that installed the heater was excellent. I also appreciated that the crew wore masked so everyone was protected from COVID.

Very professional and would highly recommend based on my experience.

I've never written a negative review before but I have no choice but to vent my frustration with this company. I recently had an issue with my heater (which I purchased from them). On the first appointment they could not fix the problem and so 6 days later an appointment was finally made to again try to fix the issue. First of all the technician was suppose to be at our house before noon. Well, no one showed up and it was 1:30 pm and no one bothered to call. After 3 attempts I finally found out the tech would be there at roughly 3:30-4. Ok so the tech shows up and was able to fix the problem which could have be solved on the first appointment. What's really aggravating is that I was charged for two service calls on my credit card. The ladies in the office, Rosie and Erica, were really nice but the owner, Steve, was very short with me, very rude and wouldn't issue any credit. This in my mind was totally unacceptable especially when the problem should have been fixed on the first appointment. It must be nice to have so much business that the owner can't even be customer service oriented. I even wrote a follow up tactful email to him and never got ANY response. Very sad............

This crew was awesome! Our water heater suddenly failed. They came over right away, gave me an estimate, and then came back and replaced the water heater the next day! Not only that, but they fixed a problem with our furnace. Everyone was really nice, polite, and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I strongly recommend LTPH!

We had an emergency with our kitchen sink while having in-laws in town this week. The folks here were amazingly helpful! They were communicative about what time someone would be able to get to my place, showed up the same day, and fixed the problem in time for dinner! Thank you so much to the office for the great customer service, and a special thanks to the tech who helped us!

Terrible company! After they installed a garbage disposal it leaked. When I called to tell them they sent someone out immediately to fix. I never heard anything from them. 5 months later they are now saying there is an unpaid invoice.

They also never send invoices even when specifically asked. They also won't take any responsibility for a job done wrong. If they install something and it leaks they will charge you a minimum of $180 just to go back out. DO NOT trust this company! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Keep looking, there are more experienced, more efficient plumbers out there, don't let these guys talk you into a huge project.

We had a leak and called these guys and they came out and said we would have to completely move our water heater and it was going to be a huge job. So huge, that they could not give an estimate, they just said over $2000, And it was going to take a couple of guys. They then said, they would only do the work based on time and materials, so basically an open ended contract.

We called another plumber, he took a different approach, had the job done in about an hour and a half for $150.

I truly believe that these guys are just trying to find customers who will bite at their ""projects"" rather than just getting the job done in an efficient manner.
