Hired them to clean & check our propane furnace. Randy's son came and ""cleaned"" the furnace and said nothing was wrong with it, despite me indicating that it was released a propane smell. Charged $125. Had Irving come, furnace was leaking carbon dioxide around the exhaust pipe and they did not clean the furnace at all. Tech took it apart and showed me, fan was full of dust & debris. I would never recommend them, STAY AWAY!?

Dramatically different experience just recently. I made the appointment and the technicians came on the promised day. I received a text message and a phone call notifying me that they were on their way. Diagnosis and repair were both made expeditiously and professionally. I'm very satisfied with the experience and would contact them again for future work.

Just as Murphy's Law dictates, the day after a party with a ton of dishes and the garbage disposal unit goes out on our sink.

We enlisted Lake Sunapee Plumbing for the installation of the unit. Brenden came over and performed quality work. On time and a quality repair. He also inspected the surrounding appliances while he was doing a leak check.

HORRIBLE SERVICE CANNOT DEPEND ON THEM!

Unprofessional and we watched their guys on the cameras waste time and then charge us for numerous hours when they were there for 15 minutes

Also charged us to come back and fix their own work after only a week and our entire house smelling like propane!

Will have scheduled appointment and no one will show up or they email you the night before to tell you other people are more important even though you've been on the schedule, even with no water or dripping pin hole pipes don't make the cut

These guys are a bunch of thugs pretending to be professionals. Stay away from this company. All they do is want to steal your money and not do a good job.

I have had other plumbers come in and look at the work they did and said wow!!! they are the worst bunch of people and I would have told you to stay away from them had I known.

They only want to steal your money, do a shitty job and walk away.

Beware!!! Do everything possible to not do business with them!!!!!!!

You will be sorry later. Look at all the other bad reviews. They are true!!

I asked for a quote and they charged me to make the quote. They never said there was a charge for the quote. I called them and told them this was unacceptable and they sent me a late bill. Totally unethical practice.

There work is terrible. Do not hire them. Not worth paying them a dollar.
The company does not possess it's own plumbing license, their plumbers do not care about what they do or how. The take the cheapest fixes. The work culture is awful. Randy is not that great. Jeremy is not a lot better. I do not recommend working there unless you want to be under valued and over worked.

A few months ago I only had a trickle of water coming from my well. They made me wait over a week for someone to come replace my well pump. This morning I have NO water coming to my house and I've been waiting all day for them. The office just keeps telling me he will get here at some point this afternoon. It is now almost 7pm, no call, no show. I have given them business for over 10 years and suggested them to many people. I guess I will need to look into a different company. I can't even leave to go get water because I don't know when they are coming.

We recently had to replace our hot water heater and it is located in a 4 foot crawl space.
Josh from this company was able to, with the help of his assistant Ross, move it through a narrow opening and install it. They we're exceedingly professional and courteous.
Josh explained what they were doing every step of the way, and ensured that we were aware of the mechanisms necessary to make temperature adjustments.
They left the premises in very clean condition and were just nice guys as well.
I highly recommend these gentlemen and the company.
