II'm so impressed with AHS using Lake Plumbing to fix my leaky kitchen faucet. From start to finish, Laurie the receptionist called me right away to schedule an appt. and also gave me a courtesy when they were going to arrive. The owner Bob and his son came in and they were very professional and courteous. They were timely and were able to fix my leaky faucet in 30 minutes and did a great job! Thanks Bob!

Lake plumbing is the best. Bob help us and was very fast and unclogged the pipes in a few minutes he was very polite and went beyond he saw what we've been going thru and right away he did the job. Other companies came and didn't want to work and lied to my insurance company. They the other companies said there was no access which was a lie Lake pluming has worked on this problem before and solved it. Those guys from the other companies didn't want to work. The other companies are Plymwr plumbing company and Direct Connection plumbing those guys didn't have the courtesy to tell me they weren't coming back the said they will be back never came back and told my insurance company there was no access. So Lake pluming is the best and most knowledgeable thank you Bob again for all your help.

I don't normally write reviews but I was compelled to write this one. Right when I am starting to give up hope in small businesses to operate with a decorum of integrity and honesty, I come across a company like this one. These people care, and they went above and beyond my expectations to have our services completed on time and honestly. They did not try to charge me extra to things I did not need and explained everything, every step of the way. I truly appreciate this company and have a new sound respect for small business owners.

Outstanding value-added customer service. Lori, the receptionist was courteous, friendly and always kept me posted on any updates.
Bob knew the problem before actually coming out to determine the issue. When he arrived I was immediately impressed with his demeanor.
He replaced the thermostat in no time. He was friendly and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend Lake Plumbing for it honestly and integrity.

AHS recommended this plumbing service for our water heater (Best Company AHS has ever recommended), but after Bob (nice guy) came out and told me we needed to pull a permit from the city in order for him to put a new water heater in at an EXTRA cost and also he needed to hook up a drain line to the upper pressure relief valve at an EXTRA cost. I forgot to mention the water heater was 7-years old on a 9-year warranty. So, Lake Plumbing would have to do an exchange at Lowes, that I did with the help of my plumber that made the new water heater free. BTW I wasn't told by anyone at AHS or Lake Plumbing that Lowes needed a return authorization, which I had to do at Lowes (took an hour). So exchange done. AHS gives you the option to cash-out, which I did. The reason I did this is because with all Lake Plumbing's additional costs plus my deductible, which is what I expected to owe would have been 3-times more. My plumber a 5-star Yelp Company did the job for $50 less, plus my cash-out we saved a pretty penney. Also, I DID NOT have to pull a permit from the city and was told 90% of people don't do this or need to do this??????so, just a FYI. This permit stuff raised a Red Flag on my trust issue of Lake Plumbing padding their bill.

Have American Home Shield as my warranty company. Garbage disposal started leaking, called them and Laurie from Lake Plumbing called me back within ten minutes. Was able to get an appointment for the next day with an 8 AM to 12 Noon window -- a miracle as far as I was concerned, with the holiday coming up. Next morning, Laurie called me and said Bob was actually running early, and if I wanted, he could be there a little earlier than 8 AM. Boy, did I ever want that! He showed up within minutes. Took one look at the disposal, said ""yep, it's leaking,"" went out to his van, brought a new one in (same exact model as the one it was replacing), and replaced it within 20 minutes. Runs great, and no more leaks.

Couldn't ask for better response or better service. Yes, maybe this wasn't the most complicated repair, but it was done professionally and in a very short amount of time, and when you're waiting for the plumber to get there so you can get to work afterwards, that was a big help to me. I definitely recommend Lake Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Lake Plumbing was professional and so pleasant to deal with! They were prompt, helpful, and did an outstanding job of fixing our water heater. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company, and the experience was outstanding! Lori-who works in the office-was very kind and knowledgeable, and did a top notch job of keeping us updated and getting a technician out as soon as possible. Great company!!!!

Bob at Lake Plumbing came to my house to fix a toilet and a couple slow draining sinks. He was right on time, professional and explained things in terms a non-plumber can understand. The office was also very nice and accommodating to my schedule!

LOVE these guys!! I have used them *numerous* times over the years and they are QUICK. Lori the receptionist is so sweet and attentive, always accommodates my schedule. Bob the plumber is wonderful, very honest, friendly, efficient. I have never felt taken advantage of... they are always open and honest and very reliable with the information about our plumbing issues.
