Like many of the negative reviews here, we used this company twice through AHS. The first service request for leaky faucets was not helpful at all - we were basically told the leak was due to older components of the pipe and the service was left with a DIY recommendation. We were charged for this appointment. Lori is by far one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in customer service. After a scheduling miscommunication, she refused to return our call for rescheduling and will not submit the necessary info to AHS which would allow us to move forward with another vendor. Maybe they shouldn't contract with AHS policyholders if they consistently treat those customers with an utter lack of respect and professional courtesy.

We had a clogged sink in the kitchen, Bob arrived in a timely manner. Lori is Bob's receptionist and makes all appointments for him. (Family business) Both were very friendly and pleasant. Bob explained the stoppage and fixed the problem. They understand the value of great customer service and it was much appreciated. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a Plummer.

Lori from lake plumbing is so rude, our toilet over flowed a few days ago, I shut off water,and called our home warranty American home shield, they set us up with Lake plumbing, appt for 3-18-20 between hours of 12-4pm. I was activated this morning to pick up food for the homeless women and children organization between 10:30-1130, I volunteer for, ""Project touch. "" Pechanga our local Casino in Temecula had donated their food and veggies to our organization. I was max 6 mins away. Received first a call at 11:55 that tech was in route and would be there in 5 mins, I mentioned what I was doing... these days and months are so uncertain and we had a big donation but that I was leaving and could be home shortly, she rudely said no, and she was going to cancel appt stated I should have been home. Don't use lake plumbing not caring during that s outbreak and there's such a need to help each other.

I was happy to see a plumber after 3 days of filling my bath tub and large containers with water since my shower valve was leaking badly. The first plumber came and said it needed new parts and Home Depot did not carry the cartridge I needed. Then I called AHS insurance and they send a plumber named Bob from Lake Plumbing. He told me the shower only took Glacier Bay cartridges and luckily he had one. After he hooked it up the water line was reversed and the hot came out where you get in and out of the shower. I only used it once and was scared I would scaled myself if I didn't shut it off fast. Not happy with this I called a third plumber who fixed the problem for another $80.00. I feel I should have my $75 AHS fee refunded as it was not installed right. Maxine Waggener
