Referred to this company through our home warranty service. Our disposal was fried, and these guys made the replacement a breeze. Professional, on time, quick and efficient. Months later, new garbage disposal still works great. Would definitely use Lake Plumbing again in the future.

This company is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I would recommend anyone needing plumbing help to seek service anywhere else but here. First of all, the specialist confirmed arrival time between 9am-11am and proceeded to show up at 7am unexpectedly, two hours before the confirmed time slot. My mom was getting by disabled brother ready for school and had to drop everything and attend to this man. She pointed out that we needed our water pressure fixed in our front yard and in our backyard and that was all. The man started to work and my mom returned to the bedroom to get my brother ready and she heard someone walking around the house and its the specialist lingering around in our kitchen without permission! The man was outside in the front yard and came inside our house without anyone's knowledge to do god knows what! He could've rang the door bell or something if he needed to be inside for whatever reason but neglected to do so.

The specialist then went on to say that he did not remember what kind of parts were needed for the front and backyard water regulator and that he would need to get back to us. So he left, without fixing the issue we paid him for or without giving us any type of insight as to how they would come back to fix the problem.

So of course, my mom calls the company's phone number and Laurie answers and is not understanding or empathetic to this situation at all! By the way, my mom speaks with a slight accent so Laurie decided to insult her for it and tell her that ""This is America."" Really? Are you kidding me? You're going to tell a customer that this is america, a customer who paid for a service to be completed professionally by your company. Instead of acknowledging the problem you're going to be even more rude and unprofessional than the service man who came to our house. Laurie decided to end the conversation by hanging up the phone on my mom while she was still voicing her concerns.

I really hope from the bottom of my heart that no one's family has to go through the disrespect that mine went through from this company. And I can only wish that anyone reading this review will pass on sending their business to this terrible company. Lake Plumbing your awful please get back to the basics of being a business owner.

They just left my house and they were quick and honest. I would recommend them to anybody. It was obvious I know nothing about water heaters when it was a simple reset button needed pushed. They did an honest diagnostic and charged a minimal service fee.

I have my home warranty through AHS & this was my first time using them. I emailed them Saturday night about my plumbing issue with my bathtub faucet. I got a call @ 8:45 Monday morning telling me they could have someone out between 9am & 10am that day! Bob showed up at 9:45 & had my problem fixed within 30 mins. Very professional! I'm so happy I bought my home warranty through AHS:)

This company went out of their way for us when our water heater went out last week. We have AHS home warranty insurance so there is a standard wait time for the contracted repair place to contact you to set an appt. They called within about an hour after the service call was made. Then they squeezed us in for a service call the next day between 7:30am and 11am. The tech was at our house by 7:15! Then when the water heater came in they went out of their way to get in touch with us to get it installed. It came in over the weekend and the tech was scheduled for 7:30 - 8:30 Monday morning. Again he arrived by 7:15am!! Had it fixed in about 2 hours maybe less. The scheduler Laurie went out of her way to help and get us the quickest service possible. They were really great.

I have made several calls, but I find it hard to speak with someone right away. I did receive call backs. If I was to do the home warranty thing all over again. I'd call their vendors first and ask their honest opinion. I paid $125. To have someone come out and tell me I need a new water heater!!!

We had our water heater go out. Bob was recommended by my dad and I am glad he did recommend them. Bob arrived at our home early and was ready to go. They gave us the tip the night before to purchase the water heater ahead of time. They are absolutely reasonable with pricing, very knowledgeable and was done in a short amount of time. Very easy to talk to; great attitudes. Would recommend them to family and friends!

I bought my house 12 years ago and the first year it was covered by American Home Shield insurance in case we had any problems the first year. Two months in had a major leak under kitchen sink and AHS sent Lake Plumbing out. He showed up on time did a great job and kept everything clean during the process. I got his direct number because I was so impressed with the job he did.

After that year was up I did not renew with AHS insurance, but the last eleven years I call him direct and he does all my plumbing. My offices, rentals and home! Great plumber!

I'm giving one star only because there is not a way to give zero stars. Like Donna, I got stuck with this vendor through American Home Shield. After I waited almost two days to be scheduled for an appointment, his wife Laurie said he won't come to the appointment unless my dog is ""put outside."" Why? Because, she says, ""He's been bitten before."" Okay, so your cry-baby husband who clearly doesn't know how to act around dogs has a business where he has to go into people's houses, and he thinks he gets to make the rules about what goes on in said houses? No. I offer to keep my dog on a leash by my side, but that's not good enough. So I call AHS to request another plumber, and they tell me they have to protect their vendors (Hey... you're supposed to be in the business of protecting me and my property) and they won't send anyone else. I say, ""I'm not living with a rabid, wild wolf. She's a goofball Labradoodle, for god's sake. If your wimpy vendors are so threatened by the mere idea of a dog being in a house (not the dog herself), they're in the wrong business!"" I don't know why I'm shocked by human stupidity any more, but I am. And I don't know how this idiot is still in business with that ridiculous attitude.

I had a very difficult scheduling issue but Lake Plumbing did a fantastic job fitting me in and adjusting to my needs. They called two hours before the scheduled appointment and had emailed me previous to that.
The repairman was at my door when I arrived home, had the exact part needed to fix the faucet. He made the repair quickly and left the place clean!
I was extremely satisfied with the service.
