After having my furnace repaired only to have the same part fail 1 day later because it was not installed correctly, my experience with Lake Orion Plumbing was deeply disappointing. They came out on Friday and replaced my exhaust motor on my 11 year old furnace, only for it to break on Saturday morning because the technician forgot to put a mounting screw in. How do we know this, because it was found INSIDE the motor, by their technician which is what caused it to break. I have used Lake Orion Plumbing for years and they are not going to cover anything under warranty. The technician told me that the first guy was new and made a mistake.

From poor customer service and unprofessional conduct to inadequate repairs and communication, the overall service was far from acceptable. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Lake Orion Plumbing based on my unsatisfactory encounter, and I advise potential customers to seek services elsewhere for their furnace needs.

Needed humidifier on furnace removed and replaced. Gentleman came and inspected it, said He would order a new one and return in a week to install. It has now been a month and have heard nothing.

Called lake orion plumbing heating and cooling and had Brent come out and gave us a very fair estimate walked me threw everything he was going to do and the very next day his team was there and got us heat going 5 stars hands down all metal work and job was very clean and professional will be using them for all of are needs.

Not trustworthy, called to get repair on my 5 yr old water softener. The technician came out and basically tried to sell me a new one with all kinds of excuses as to why he wouldn't fix my existing unit.

I will never use or recommend this company again. I had them come to repair the shut-off valve to the water line to my ice cube maker. When they arrived, he went to basement, looked at the fitting, told me to tighten it and it would be fine. I asked him to do it and his reply was ""its an older type of shut off valve and he didn't want to break it"" WHAT?????

He then charged me for a service call of $100. I questioned it extensively and was told it was for his expertise in his recommendation of what I could do plus a service fee. Yep... This is a true accounting of his visit.
