We had an appointment 5-31 for a quote on water softener system install in Clarkston MI. Nobody showed up, nobody called us to explain the no show. Not cool!

Excellent service, very good prices. I shopped around hard on price for a specific hot water heater, and I picked these guys because their price was lower than many others. To my surprise, their service was terrific. Brett and Kyle installed my hot water heater, and they were fast, knowledgeable, and nice guys to boot. The very next day a furnace issue surfaced (unrelated to the hot water heater), so I called them back to help with that. Matt was great. Again, fast, knowledgeable, and a nice guy (and reasonable prices). Matt found and fixed a problem in an hour that the other guys couldn't even find. This is my new go-to squad for all HVAC. Highly recommend.

First time using this company. Had a leaking hot water heater and called my normally trusty plumber who was too busy for a least a few days. Called Home Depot and got sticker shock.
Called Lake Orion Plumbing, Heating & Cooling next. I often see their trucks in my neighborhood and driving around town so gave them a try. They were $300 less than Home Depot and said they would do the job next day and they sure did, even sooner than promised.

The two men (plumbers) that came to install and remove my leaking water heater were the most professional and courteous individuals I have had the pleasure of doing work at my house.
Hats off to Lake Orion team, when my A/C or Heat goes awry I will call you first as well.

One of the best companies I ever worked with! You could not ask for better people to work with (both Wes and Mark) just great guys that really just treat you the way they would want to be treated. They did everything they could to fix the existing disposal that was broken. I really appreciated that as it was not that old. They were prompt, called ahead to let me know when they would be there and this company just takes the time to go the extra mile. You aren't guessing when they will be there and all of that. It really makes a difference! Then you know if you can run a quick errand etc. I really appreciated all of the excellent customer service this company gives. From the first phone call in, to the phone call the very next day to check in to see if all is well. You can't get any better than that and that is practically unheard of today. Wes and Mark were both very skilled professionals that are very efficient and exceptional! It was just a really great experience and I really appreciate everyone I spoke to there and all of their hard work to make this experience what it was. I just want you to know how much you were appreciated! I called several places and I realize places get very busy. But you guys were kind of enough to not make me wait for weeks. I really felt they went above and beyond! I am super grateful and very appreciative of that. Thank you ALL very much for an outstanding experience!

Unfortunately this company doesn't service our water softener. Someone came out to service it and that is when we found out. Apparently there are only a couple that this company does not work on. The kind person who scheduled the appt was not aware of this though when making the appointment. We were disappointed when we found out they didn't work on ours but their response and apology and care this company showed took all our disappointment away. They even sent a personalized letter afterward! It's very rare now a days to have a company go above and beyond the way this company did. We cannot use them for our softener but will be calling for any other issues we do have in the future and will recommend them to others.

We had a water softener installed in the basement but the installer just installed it and left without leaving any instructions, manual, guidance or anything, so never had a water softener before I was left in the dark as to what, if anything, I needed to know. It felt like they just wanted our money and that was it. I expect a service professional to offer guidance, leave a manual, something. Very disappointing.

I believe it has now stopped working (but I am not sure as I have no manuals or anything to refer to) so let's see what sort of service we get,

Had a problem where the blower on our HVAC went out. Responded quickly, arrived on time, repair went smoothly and was under the estimate on final cost. Would gladly recommend them to others for HVAC repair.

Great service! Wow! They fixed our AC super fast. We have 2 small children and of course our Ac went out during the few super hot days in Michigan. The technician, Jeff was super nice and worked really fast to fix the problem. We were so worried it was an expensive fix but turned out to be burned wires on the compositor. I will not use another company in the area. Honest, hard working people that really care about the comfort of your family.

Unfortunately I called to schedule my service and after several attempts to get them to call me back, they finally called back and requested I pull a permit when I told them during time of estimate I was not pulling a permit for the small amount of work I was doing.
