My sump pump had an issue during the Coronavirus. This was an emergency as no running water & no toilets during a pandemic is not safe. I was told they would be coming the same day, and an hour after they were supposed to arrive they pushed it to the next day. I was very displeased that they did not take my situation seriously by treating it as an emergency.
