Naser came by and got the heater back up with minimal work. I appreciate him not going hard on a replacement despite voicing concerns for the older heater (It truly is a dinosaur). A good review is the least I can do.

Armin and Naser showed up exactly on time within just a few hours of committing to take on my plumbing project. They were in and out very quickly, solved my issue and gave me some pointers on some other plumbing-related challenges that I was having, and did so without charging the crazy prices that some plumbers charge.

Naser and Yasim were very responsive from the beginning and made an effort to visit as soon as possible. Although they were unable to make their first appointment, they were very polite about it and offered a discount for their service due to the delay.

I appreciated their insight into the problem, advising me to consider having them reroute the outside spigot to a new location on the outside wall instead of cutting into the kitchen cabinets on the other side of the existing spigot; this is what we ended up doing. It saved me considerable hassle and possible damage to the kitchen.

They were able to install a new, better-quality spigot than the old failed one left by the builders that matched another replacement on the other side of the house.

First, all business aside, Naser is awesome. He was more than gracious about accommodating changing schedules and poor timing from my end.

5 minutes into snaking our kitchen sink line, I remembered the issues that stalled a much larger company out for about an hour and a half, and he cooly stated ""Yeah, I could see how they'd get stuck, I'm already past that"", and then was done and cleaned up with our GD reassembled in a little less than 10 minutes after that.

As far as pricing, he was transparent about estimates and giving me the choice about how I wanted to proceed at each juncture in fixing the issue with my plumbing.

Easily my first call in any future plumbing situation.

Armin has done a lot of work for us in the past from fixing and replacing toilets, replacing hot water tanks, faucets and gutter drain systems. I've found my go-to plumber in Seattle! These are old-school honest operators. I had a garbage disposal that was jammed and they talked me through how to fix it on my own, even sending me a YouTube video. Saved me time and $$$. They were also available same-day if I was unable to solve the issue on my own. Will absolutely use them again for my next plumbing job.
