Five stars isn't enough for this plumbing company. I have used them a number of times since we moved in. They did the plumbing on our new laundry area, came out on a solar water heater ""emergency"", installed a water flow meter so we could record our water use separate from our neighbors, and most importantly corrected the issues from our pool builder -backflow preventer was not permitted or installed properly even though the builder told us it was -so we could get a Final on our pool. From Kathi in the office, to Tony and Steve who came out to do the jobs, to Ray the owner- communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, everything worked or was fixed and there were no surprises on the invoices. I highly recommend!

I think that things must have changed since the earlier reviews. The customer service was good. The receptionist was nice as was the plumber. We had the plumber out twice to do different projects. Both times he showed up early. He worked diligently. I was very happy with the whole experience.

My family and I on vacation when on arrival we discovered our tub did not drain. Long story short with no results from property manager we contacted Lahinia Plumbing, spoke with very pleasant and helpful Kathy who was able to get a plumber to us within 1 1/2 hrs and resolve our issues in 15 minutes. Steve who was out technician was clean polite (no plumber's crack) and totally efficient. You guys rock and can be wingman anytime!!!

If you want to be over charged and have no customer service, this is your company!!!!!! I don't want to give any more negative energy to this company!!!! Ray karma will catch up with u I have lived here 37 years and I am telling everyone, Lahaina Plumbing just wants your MONEY!!! They Could give a SH@t about u!!!!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! If I could do 1/2 star I would. The customer service is extremely poor. Besides the poor customer service from the owner the job was poor as well. For $118 hourly rate plus the cost of parts, this was just a plain awful experience.

Mixed bag of nuts. Ray did manage to get someone out the same day, however the person that showed up was tiny (no joke) and should have retired a long time ago. I had to carry the toilets in an out of the house since the tiny old plumber probably weighed less than the toilets. He was a nice guy, but I am not sure how he would have managed the job without my help.

Absolutely the worst in customer care and service! Ray, the owner, is so self absorbed at being so busy that he fails in basic customer interaction skills. First, he failed to show up for an agreed to appointment, then the next day when I called him he said that ""I need to call him to remind him about meeting me!"" When I called him later - to remind him about our new appointment, I had to leave a message. He called back and in turn got my voice mail, when I called him back he stated he was no longer in the area and MIGHT stop by later in the day! He told me it was my fault for not answering his call!!! He went on to share that he is very busy and if I don't want him completing my job, thats fine with him!!! WOW.... Such a poor example of service. My mission now is to make sure Lahaina Plumbing's business slows down. A LOT. So then they will learn to appreciate every customer they have. Michael
