I'm not giving a one star on service because they couldn't locate the issue. They came out on a Sunday for an emergency call. I totally get there is an up charge but $639.63, that seems a bit outrageous! I own a vacation rental business and emergency assistance is needed from time to time. As an example, Halco ( heating company) came out on an emergency on a Sunday last year, couldn't fix it and charged me $150! Why didn't I call them, you ask, I was out of town and my partner took care of this. Halco was out on other emergencies, so they couldn't come out. I just can't see how this company can justify that amount of money? BTW, Dan, my now main heating guy, came out on Monday and was able to do a temporary FIX for a $125!!! The house required a new unit and he put one in one Wednesday, at such a fair price! No fix $639 vs. temp fix $125.!!!!!!

We had a leak in our basement Tuesday of last week and had to leave town on Wednesday and would be out of town for four days. We called Lagana for emergency service. They were excellent from the very beginning. They showed only a few hours later and didn't leave until our leak was fixed. The service was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We need to replace our furnace this year and will definitely be having Lagana install it. We highly recommend this company!! Thank you!

Terrible service! Our AC was leaking so we called them up. They sent someone the same day who came for about 20min. He said the ac should be good to go and charged us $150. 30min after he left it was still leaking. He came right back and stayed only another 20min and didn't try to fix anything. He said he didn't really know what was wrong and that he could try and have someone else who was more experienced come out. The next day my husband called them to send someone else and they told him they were crazy busy and would get back to us. The next day I called and they said they were still swamped. We finally called another company who went above and beyond to help us out(Dishaw in Newark). Dishaw spent two hours trying to fix the issue. He was very helpful and taught us a lot about the unit. They set us up with a deal to replace the AC. Unfortunately because of the leak we had to replace the bedroom carpet and take everything out. Also we are still waiting for Lagana to call us back to send someone more experienced...they took more time cashing our check then helping us.

I hired this company to put in a new propane furnace and a new well tank,uv filter,and new hoses. What was supposed to take three days for a complete install took over a month. They had the heat going into the cold air exchange! Had to completely move the furnace from one side of the basement to the other and redo the duct work. Twice they sent the wrong well tank. One excuse after another and one delay after another. No proper communication from management all the way down to the employees. I would NOT recommend doing any business with these guys. And they still owe me a service call because the heat wasn't set right. Never heard back from the owner after he said I would be compensated for a bad job and he would get someone to call me.

Poor customer service. Does not return phone calls and once when I called them and asked for a specific person heard that person say tell them I'm at lunch

Horrible business.a serviceman comes over cuts a hole in the wall of the furnace and tells me the heat exchanger is cracked. I call for two second opinions and neither diagnose a cracked part. So instead of a new furnace I get a bill for 200$ instead.
