My newly built home was scheduled for inspection and at the time my guest bathroom was not flushing . DSLD called out Lafleur's Plumbing they came out the next day. I was working out of town , so my boyfriend was there when they came. These people scratched my toilet up and at first called and scheduled an appointment to replace it which was the right thing to do. A few days later I get a call stating they didn't use anything to scratch my toilet and the scratches was there before they came.. see now I'm pissed and wanna leave work, so I did cut up with Dsld I wasn't thinking . All I had to do was go pull up my cameras !!! Boom there it is the long ass thang they use to scratch my toilet up when they said they only used a plunger and the crazy part is they didn't even find anything in the toilet , but I'm not letting this go I promise u that !!!!

I had an appointment with lafleur's to change my pipings. When the four guys showed up and knocked on my door, I looked out to see one guy did not have a shirt on. I waited until that guy put a shirt on before I answered my door. All four guys were verbally polite to me and had the pipes changed quickly. After they left, I realized they tracked dirt and water marks from the restroom to the front door without cleaning it up. After 24 hours, I finally got a chance to put things back in my cabinets to see that they left the pipes wet and water was puddled up underneath that ruined the skin of my cabinets. Now I have to have the cabinet skin's replaced. There's a difference when you work on a house without someone inhabiting the place, but there's another form of professionalism when you enter a home in which someone resides in.

Just called to have something serviced on a home I had built 3 years ago that they did all the plumbing on. Said they are only doing new construction and not fixing anything. Good to know that a company won't come fix something they did. Awesome.

This company gave us a quote for a big project 3 months ago, we let them know when we will start 2 weeks ago. They came to job site than they said they do not have time and do not want to do our job without any other explanation. We made our complaint to Plumbers board with all evidences,emails etc. We think they are unreliable and discriminating people. They obviously have jobs but they should have told us they will not do our job before so we could find somebody else. This is respectfulness. They know they can get away with it but we will write every single platform about this so they can not hurt other companies like they did to us. Daphne Construction

I called on Monday scheduled a appointment for Thursday between 1 and 3 pm . 3 30 no plumber . Called and left message . No return call . Started to get concerned we had no shower since Monday . Friday morning called at 8 15 am Lady said she would check and call back , no return call . I called back and now the answer was that the lady who schedules the appointments was running late and as soon as she comes in she will call. Now its Friday mid day no bath since Monday and it looks like I will have to look for a plumber on a Friday evening Holiday weekend ( Good Luck ) Still no one calls back so with my third and final call to La Fleur's plumbing the girl that answer has the gall to say that my job has to be scheduled in the morning in case they need parts. I asked why it was not schedule in the morning originally ( No Answer ) I asked to talk to Wayne La Fleur the owner not there. Then I asked to talk to the office manager , the lady stated that s who is telling her what to say . So between the non communication in office and the lies from the office manager I will never call them again or recommend them to anybody.

My hot water heater was in need of repair. I called on a Friday. An appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday. I left work early to be home for the scheduled time. The person scheduling the appointment was aware of my leaving early. No one showed up at my appointment time. I called the business within fifteen minutes and left a message asking for somene to return my call. No one returned my call the following morning.
