Charlie is by far the most honest and experienced plumber you will find.
It was two days before a hurricane was going to grace us and we had a roof drain that was not draining in the ground due to tree roots. He had many people in need of his services yet In the cold rain he showed up before dark and spent hours trying to get through the roots. His drain router got stuck but he never gave up. He got it unstuck and the drain open enough to temporarily work until we replaced it after the storm. I'm not going to tell you what he charged us because it was too honest and it was obvious Charlie doesn't have it in him to gouge people in need. That's highly the exception among contractors. We will never use anyone else as long as he is still working.

Charlie, the owner of Lafferty plumbing came out to fix our gas fireplace, it had some major issue from when it was originally installed two years ago from the builder. He came early today and spent a resolve amount of time taking it all apart and ensuring it was fixed, cleaned up well and working properly. He went over all the details on how to operate it extensively to ensure our concerns were addressed in case we ever had issues with things such as gas smell or going on vacation. I definitely recommend calling Charlie Lafferty, he is personable, knowledgable and honest with his work for your home.
