In 2006, he earned his Indiana plumbing contractor license and is also a licensed electrician in the Lafayette area. Dan provides plumbing and electrical services for residential and commercial clients in the Greater Lafayette vicinity.

In his leisure time, Dan enjoys attending Purdue University football and basketball games and staying active. Dan is an Army veteran with two tours under his belt and is presently a member of the Army reserves.
