Terrible customer service. Rude.
We scheduled an appointment to have a clogged pipe snaked. Nobody showed up. When we called Brandy to ask why she didn't keep the appointment, she was completely unapologetic. She offered to reschedule, but we were both disgusted after wasting a day of our lives waiting around and had busy schedules at the time.

Decided to try again a month later. Called her on a Saturday. Since it wasn't an emergency, she stated she'd call us Monday morning to ""get us on the schedule."" She never called on Monday. Or the rest of the week. When I contacted her via text to offer her the opportunity to make all this right by sending somebody out on Saturday, I was ignored.

I guess we should have been wary when a business owner is only half attentive on the phone due to the needs of her children in the background.

I had a nasty sewer backup problem on a holiday weekend, and while every other plumber was sending my call to an answering service or a machine, Lady Rooter picked up on the 2nd ring. Sent workmen out to my house within 2 hours - polite and efficient, diagnosed the problem, escalated to a specialist team when I needed it quickly, and was fair in the pricing. Recommended to check them out in the Hudson valley.

Brandy's team did great, fast work! She was able to send someone out same day to help us solve our plumbing issues, and then the team returned the next day to create a more-permanent solution. They were so transparent with costs and worked with me to figure out the most efficient and cost-effective solution! We'll only be using Lady Rooter going forward!

I had a new Spigot put on a few months ago. After waiting over a month for them to order the part and getting someone to install it. I kept calling and calling and someone was always on vacation or other excuses. Now the spigot they put on (to the tune of 350.00,) has split and I have no water pressure. I've emailed the business and gotten no response to my complaint. I had to pay someone else to put in a new, much better quality part. I'm very disappointed in Lady Rooters customer service . They also never respond to any Facebook messages. Why bother to be on Facebook if you don't respond to your customers???

We had someone come because our water pressure was very weak. He realized the filter needed to be changed and charged hourly for the time he spent to go and get the filter because he didn't have any.

Then he ""fixed"" a leak in our boiler. We called them back because a week later there was still a puddle behind the boiler. He said he fixed it and still, there's a puddle behind the boiler.

Instead of calling them in for a third time and paying hourly I'm calling a different plumber. Two starts because he fixed the water pressure.

On 11/24/17 my father called Lady Rooter in Catskill, NY to schedule a service for a sewer issue that was clogged from my home to my septic system. Lady Rooter quoted $245 and came and snaked from the house to the septic tank and stated the line was clear except for a crushed pipe as written on the receipt. They stated the pipe must be a paper pipe that was crushed due to an exterior generator which is placed on top of it. They were trying to tell my 72 year old elderly father and 33 year old autistic brother that this is serious and needed to be fixed ASAP and they could return on Monday November 27th to change the pipe for $2,200. They were trying to scare them about the severity and coerce them into scheduling the work to be done. They supposedly visually saw it with a camera, but did not verify it by digging it up to confirm the pipe was indeed crushed. The operators name on the receipt was Carlos and he came with another male. My father and brother spent yesterday and today digging out around the pipe in this weather as verification and the pipe is intact and completely cast iron steel. I have pictures to prove this. I feel this business was trying to take advantage of a vulnerable elderly man and autistic man for profit. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give less than one star I would, but can't since it's the lowest. It is shameful to try and take advantage of the vulnerable.

I called a lot of the name brand folks today...Saturday morning...no answer...When I called lady Rooter...BANG!!!1 answered after 2 rings....she sounded busy but she took the time to take my call. She asked for no money or anything just seemed very concerned about my problems!!!What a great experience! She said...""don't worry we got this"" and I am paraphrasing but as home owner...that's what you want to here.

Lady Rooter is ten star in my opinion. They came once and cleared one of the main lines in my sewer drain.They did the job quick, his name was victor he was very friendly and professional. The clog did come back in a couple days.I called them back on a sunday they came back that day and resnaked the drain.His name was Duane he was very polite, professional, fast and both men were very knowledgeable.Wonderful guys would recommend Lady Rooter and victor and Duane to all that needs pluming help.

These guys quoted us $245 to clear a clog in our drain. When the plumber said it should have been $299 given our location I asked if clearing the clog came with a hooker and a bag of blow.

He said well if you want to play with your p**p go ahead. Very professional. I didn't make that hookers/blow comment but c'mon really, thanks for helping folks out in need and not taking advantage of people!!!
