I used Ladd for many years and was very happy- until recently. The customer service receptionists (Jessica and Christy) were quite rude and not helpful on several occasions. I had a plumbing/flooding emergency and they stated I would need to wait until end of day (this was at 7:00am) as it was not an emergency. The water was flowing to the unit owner under me as well! Also- Ladd told me I needed a new AC unit, and I had 2 other companies evaluate- and I only needed a part that was under $500.00! I dodged that bullet. Im so disappointed as I was happy with them for some time, but things definitely changed with their service.

Don't use them for everything but when I do they always show up early and get the job done. Not always the cheapest but aways up front with costs.

They have helped us out more than once. One time was a major part for our furnace/ac central unit(Which saved us from having to get a whole new system). One of the time was a broken shower faucet. The very latest incident was a fried sink grinder. They always get the job done when we have any kind of problems. I highly appreciate the work they do with their services.

In the middle of the summer we discovered we needed a new air conditioner. We contacted Ladd Service Company along with several other companies. Ladd immediately contacted us for an appointment and a representative came out, reviewed out situation and made recommendations. He followed in a couple days with a quote. One other company followed through with a visit and recommendations, but was not nearly as thorough and informative as the representative from Ladd. We selected Ladd and the technicians who installed the unit were here right on time, very clean and efficient and finished before the estimated time. We have had many opportunities to use the air conditioner since installation and couldn't be happier with the unit! We give the highest marks to the company and all the people with whom we came in contact.

Ladd is top notch when it comes to heating and cooling. Prompt service, when talking with Roger about to repair or replace he thought about if it were his own home and what he would do in our shoes. PJ was our installer,we have never seen a more professional job. Everyone is professional, friendly from the office staff to the techs,installers and consultants. We will never use anyone else. Ladd Service Company installed my York HVAC equipment 26 yeas ago and serviced ever sinc. I am extremly happy to get this many years service from this equipment with only 2 minor service calls. A few weeks ago I decided to replace this equipment because I know it won't last forever and I didn't want to wait until it broke on a very hot or cold day. Since I'd had such good luck with Ladd and the York equipment I decided to let them have the job of replacing this equipment. The installation went very well. The techs were fantastic, very professional and very friendly to me and my wife. In only took them 7 hours to replace the furnace and air condoning unit and the workmanship was great. I would highly recommend Ladd Service Company.

The office manager christie needs people skills training. They will get you coming and going financially. They always say no appointments so you have to pay the 149
00 after hour fee or suffer even if they had come out and didnt fix the problem just yesterday. ...u have to wait in line like they never heard of you b4. I do not recommend this company

I had Plumbing issues with another company that left me without usage of two toilets in my home. The previous plumber had suggested that the shut-off valve to my toilet was broken but neglected to repair it. Called lad after hours and they were prompt and fast and they came out and fixed the shut-off valve and even offered in the future to try to see if they could fix the problem with my toilet that the other plumbing company failed to repair. I love ladd! They are awesome

The tech was really nice but I had a feeling he wasn't properly trained on my unit type (newer high-efficiency) so when he diagnosed the problem with a $400 repair bill (plus the $100 service call), I got a second opinion. Turned out to be a completely different problem and $115 later, it's fixed.
