This plumber will not get our business again. Eric who is the owner, came to do plumbing services at a residence we recently purchased. He showed up much earlier than we were told without calling ahead. Frankly smelt unshowered and like he smoked heavily. After getting his equipment set up, he was unsuccessful and due to his frequent interruptions for assistance we asked him to leave. His office staff did not answer his call to take our payment so he said they would call later for it. At that point he discovered our floor was damaged from the equipment. It also left a huge mess of oil or some brown mess sprayed all over our bathroom.
It took the office staff a week to collect payment then they blamed us for not reporting the floor damage. Eric never once said we had to call and report it especially since he noticed it! My husband tried clearing up the confusion but she was very rude to him.
Later, I called the office staff myself to ask why we had to report an issue the owner should have taken care of immediately but didnt and the gal then became extremely belligerent telling me they dont like to do in home work. Why did you agree to it then?!
I was able to reach Eric who was not concerned about our floor at this point but backed up his staff stating it was all our fault and in the future we should go rent the proper equipment and do it ourself.
So safe yourself the hassle and call a good plumber!

Payed to have a commercial grade water heater installed. Prompt service at first. Installed heater and left. Did not wait to see if functioned properly. When there was a issue with not properly heating , not only were the my unprofessional, tried to blame us for problems that they as plumbers should have checked. Apologized for inconvenience then sent me bill over a month later. At 47 this is the worst experience I have ever had with a professional contractor.
