I called and scheduled an appointment for bathroom shut off valves replacement on Thursday for today 11/29 at 10:30 am and this guy Matt show us up an hour late and after inspecting the valves for 10sec he gives me already written estimate for $330 and then tells me that he can do it for $300 and when I asked him if he can inspect the drain pipe in that price he told me that that will cost me additional $250 and that he can do everything for $500, complete rip off..They don't tell you the price of the service until they show up at your home and if they see you desperate they'll take your money like nothing. I don't know how they can have a 5 star rating when they are complete rip off and they hide the pricing about their services and then come to your house with already written estimate which makes you think, how did he know how much will cost me before even checking it out. I already got another plumber who did everything for $150, the valves, the drain hose and checked one more thing for me. I will never ever use or recommend LaCassa Plumbing, such a waste of time.

I officially have a plumber I can trust! Michelle (hope I got her name right) who answers the phones is lovely!! So helpful and kind, she could feel my stress over the phone and completely calmed me. I had a leak on my one and only toilet days before Easter, of course I was hosting dinner at my house. Carmen showed up that evening and fixed it right away. He was knowledgable and great to work with. Now about a month later it leaked once again, not their fault, because my floors are terribly uneven in my condo which is likely causing the issue. They were again right on it and Carmen came back to fix it once again. He and his team wears a mask for COVID safety and booties on over their shoes (extra bonus). Will definitely use them for any and all plumbing needs in the future!

My shower was backing up on a Friday evening, I called multiple plumbers with no luck, lacassa plumber shifted there scheduled to accommodate my plumbing issue on a weekend with out a huge weekend fees. The owner was on sight an diagnosed the issue an had it resolved immediately. It's nice to see pride in workmanship and a responsible owner who's a master of his craft.

I'll be remolding a few bathrooms in the future and lacassa plumber will be highly recommended for the job.

Found them through a local group FB Page. Messengered me ASAP. Called in the early morning and by 10AM, my toilet was totally fixed. Nice, honest, exoertise and efficient. Would indeed call again and recommend to anyone local too!

holiday weekend. Need new water heater. Couldn't come right away so set up an appointment for right after holiday. Than Melissa called back and said they had a reschedule so Carmen could come and
evaluate that afternoon. He arrived when he said he would and fixed situation. It was a holiday, he could have gone home early. But he made it right for us. I was impressed by the communication. So many places just don't care. Already recommended LaCassa Plumbing

Called LaCassa Plumbing to unclog kitchen drain and redo the piping underneath the kitchen sink.

Was thoroughly impressed by the friendly customer service when scheduling the appointment and when Carmen came he has such a friendly and calming presence. He is very knowledgeable and only did what was needed and didn't upsell me on any extras. Very reasonably priced and super clean. I also love that they're family operated.

I was so frustrated trying to call different plumbing companies that wouldn't return my calls and the one I did talk to, was so rude and bothered by me calling, I literally hung up and told the man I hope his day gets better. LaCassa plumbing returned my call in ten minutes and the girl was so accommodating with my busy schedule. Needless to say, they came out that very next morning to install a new water heater! The best part is that Carmen, the owner, is ridiculously tidy in his work and left the place looking better than he found it! He answered EVERY question I had and explained some things to me. He definitely doesn't BS you and is straight to the point. His pricing was very reasonable and I will continue to refer him to anyone I know that needs plumbing work!

I found LaCassa Plumbing on Facebook when I sent a message they responded quickly and Carmon was able to come out in the same day . I was having an issue with water n sewage coming up in my basement. He rodded it out and the was so honest an upfront with everything from prices to the work he was going to do very knowledgeable . His prices are awesome and so is his work !!! Great guy !!! Next up getting a new water heater and I will be using LaCassa plumbing.
