I was so frustrated trying to call different plumbing companies that wouldn't return my calls and the one I did talk to, was so rude and bothered by me calling, I literally hung up and told the man I hope his day gets better. LaCassa plumbing returned my call in ten minutes and the girl was so accommodating with my busy schedule. Needless to say, they came out that very next morning to install a new water heater! The best part is that Carmen, the owner, is ridiculously tidy in his work and left the place looking better than he found it! He answered EVERY question I had and explained some things to me. He definitely doesn't BS you and is straight to the point. His pricing was very reasonable and I will continue to refer him to anyone I know that needs plumbing work!

I found LaCassa Plumbing on Facebook when I sent a message they responded quickly and Carmon was able to come out in the same day . I was having an issue with water n sewage coming up in my basement. He rodded it out and the was so honest an upfront with everything from prices to the work he was going to do very knowledgeable . His prices are awesome and so is his work !!! Great guy !!! Next up getting a new water heater and I will be using LaCassa plumbing.

This is a bit late but I felt I needed to leave a positive Review for Carmen and his expertise.
My kitchen Sink backed up and needed to be rodded out. His response Time was great and within a couple hours I was back in business. Imagine not being able to use your dishwasher! :-) For some people that's a fate worse than death! That's me....Lol He was very polite and very reasonable and I certainly would recommend him anytime.

He's on my list if I ever need help again :-)

Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. After making a few calls, we were lucky enough to connect with Carmen and Melissa LaCassa from LaCassa Plumbing. Within three hours of our initial call, our new water heater was fully installed and working perfectly! Carmen could not have been any nicer - he was neat and clean, and his work was meticulously completed. His price was better than any other quote we received, including those from the big box stores (and they would not have installed until the next Monday unless we wanted to pay an additional huge ""emergency fee""). LaCassa Plumbing is fantastic - can't recommend them highly enough!

I am a repeat customer--I've used LaCassa Plumbing for 2 jobs/projects now. The first was fixing a leak under my kitchen sink. Carmen discussed our options and recommended the most reasonable method for solving the problem. He did such a great job that when we had a continuous leak from the hose spigot at the back of the house, we hired him again to replace the hosebibb and install a shut-off valve. This company demonstrates integrity and great customer service. They do high quality work at a reasonable price. I'm so glad to have found a plumber that I can depend on!

I was having a large bathroom remodel/addition done and the contractor in charge recommended a couple plumbers. I looked up his recommendations and found one I thought I would like until he came out. I never met such a rude business owner.
Then I was talking to a friend who used LaCassa Plumbing and told me how professional the owner was and answered all questions, cleaned up well and explained everything in detail. I called LaCassa Plumbing up and Carmen (the owner) came by at 7:00pm the following evening upon my request.
When Carmen arrived, he listened to everything I had to say and he gave a couple of his own recommendations. The wife loves the rain shower head and body sprays (his recommendations). Happy wife, happy life . Couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!!
We will be having him back to replace a leaking hose spigot (only leaks when it's on) and to install a back up sump pump system. Thank you for being professional, clean and reasonable!

We had a deep clog in our kitchen drain. Carmen made time to come over quickly. He worked efficiently and made sure there were no messes. Fixed the clog and took the time to confirm the problem was resolved. Would definitely use again.

We tried LaCassa Plumbing after Carmen LaCassa replaced a water heater in our pastor's home. We have had a leaky hose bibb on the front of our house for a couple of years and finally decided to do something about it when we heard about LaCassa. Complicating the job was the fact that an electric conduit, water pipe and heating duct were all within a foot or so of each other in the crawlspace, leaving very little room to work, and the old bibb had been ""mortared into"" a front wall of uneven stonework. Carmen did a careful job of removing the old bibb with a minimum of disturbance to the stonework, and setting in and sealing the new bibb. I was under the impression that he was going to just bid-out our job, but was happily surprised when he was actually ready to do the repair on-the-spot. As a bonus, he is a very neat worker, using boot covers whenever he came into the house.
