Amazing work from this company! Had a gas leak fixed under an hour! Total cost of job was great, Darnell was knowledgeable and friendly he explained every step while he was doing the job! Will recommend to anybody with plumbing problems!!

We had an after hours water heater problem. They offered to stop over for free as the owner lives in our neighborhood. He narrowed it to the gas valve or the air sensor. They came out and fixed it when I had family over watching our children while I was at work. We had agreed to try the sensor first, as it was the cheaper fix, and if that did not work to contact me to approve putting on the new gas valve. I did not get a call but shortly after they left I got an invoice for the replacement of both parts, which was not the agreement. They advised they had a miscommunication on thier end and offered to put on the old gas valve, which is obviously not a good idea.
They could not even tell me which part actually needed replacing as they just took a shotgun approach and did both without determining which one was the problem.
They then tried to use the fact that they came out for free on a Saturday, which at the time I said they did not have to do, as leverage to get me to pay the entire bill and for thier error. I then offered to pay 50 bucks towards the gas valve portion of the bill and they said, ""that is crazy.""

I have emails I am willing to show to verify my situation so people know I am not exaggerating or slandering. Just stating fact so people can make an educated decision when choosing a company.

I called LaBrash Plumbing with an issue. They were able to come out the same day. The technician was polite and personable. He completed my job quickly and at a reasonable price. I intend to contact them to complete an additional job since my experience was so positive.
