Outstanding. I can't recommend them enough. They came to the house and identified the problem and went strait to work. They talked us through our problems ( old pipes build up and frozen). They where extremely friendly and the price could not be beat $69 an hour. They worked on the pipes then came back to make sure everything was working great with no additional charges.

The plumbing service, La-Z-Drains and The Plumbing Works are under the same ownership. The service is horrible and the conduct equally rude and unprofessional. The owner himself, Doug, and an assistant unclogged a toilet drain in my garage. In the process they sprayed fecal material all over the wall, floor and several personal items I had in there. I was upset that they didn't have the decency to clean it up before they left, or have the common sense, respect or professionalism to either cover my personal property with a simple plastic drop-cloth or move it well out of the way to protect it. When I called to request they return to clean up the mess they made, he told me they had done the best they could -left material still wet, no signs of cleaning or smearing where they even attempted to clean. The owner Doug told me he had no intention of returning and that it was my fault my things were in the way and was angered he had to move them at all- when he could have easily asked me to do so, as I was in the house at the time. I am disgusted by his audacity and complete lack of professional conduct. He was surly, rude and combative with no respect for me or my personal property. It is truly amazing that someone would treat a consumer in this manner and expect to stay in business. What kind of adult behaves that way, let alone a ""professional"" in the Service Industry? AVOID LA-Z-DRAINS AND THE PLUMBING WORKS! If you have or had a similar experience, file with the BBB and State Construction Contractors Board- License #169413. He already has complaint records on file with both agencies! Don't be next to be subjected to his ""services"".
