After an initial error with scheduling, Carlos called to clarify what had happened. He was able to come out and quickly fix the problems with our toilet. The quoted price was a fraction of what I was quoted at Roto Rooter. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Carlos and team did a fantastic job retrofitting my old 50gal tank water heater with a tankless one. The job was quick and painless. They disposed of the old unit and installed the new one for me. A bit of drywall needed to be repaired, which is expected when moving pipes but Carlos sent out a professional to fix it over the next few days and everything turned out great. The price was competitive as well.

Carlos and his staff helped me remove and install a new toilet and fix a wax ring on the toilet. Carlos was helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole experience. He recommended a toilet to me but I had to change it last minute due to budget issues. He seemed to be knowledgeable when I asked him about other brands of toilets. He offered to pick up the toilets for us so I wouldn't have to lug them over. They came a little late but I was grateful for his patience and advice about choosing a toilet so I didn't mind.
