They sent these guys to root my bathroom sink and they were literally in and out of my apartment in 4 minutes flat ! I thought it was a major job but was told it was just some hair blocking up the sink. The office had good communication as far as letting me know the tech was on the way. I have to take one star off though for being late. Tech arrived at 3:00 and I was promosed an 11am to 2pm window.

We hired them to come to our location to do a hydro jetting service. Not only did they do a crap job. They put their machine in there to clean out and burst underground pipes in the process. Called them, they said. ""We advised whoever was there, that the lines were gonna burst"" Then WHY DO IT!? Worst customer service also. Called to file a claim and they were real adamant on it not being their fault, they couldnt do anything about it. Then they called and said we can fix it for 5-7K. Tf!? This place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF!

AWEFUL...My community's management booked them to come to my home to unclog the drains. They originally went to the wrong unit and after being rescheduled they failed to show up all together. Then they arrived TWO hours early and had the audacity to have an attitude becuase I was not home. I contacted management and received the same attitude and was then told well we are running behijd so we will be late to your appointment... horrible customer service. You have to wait 15 minutes on hold for an answering service to take your name and number and then get a call back... AWFUL

First of all they have a different busines plan. (They have also the usual ones: emergency and free estimates.) I knew I wanted to hydrojet my main line. Several companies came out and the offers were outrageous. Even I tried by phone to explain the length, access points and the route cause of the problem. No body wanted to give you quote by phone. After the estimates I said there should be something better. Then I ran into LA Pumbing and Hydrojetting on the web. They have a prepaid service for non-emergency services. No head scratching; you know exactly what you pay and for how much time they will work on it. The appointment setup was easy and they were nice when I had to make a small adjustment. Carlos, the technician, came out and did a superb job. He explained what he was doing and took his time to do a great job. I didn't expected it but he camera viewed the entire main line. On one offer they charged $280!! just for that service. It was a great experience and they are saved for life for me.Thanks Carlos!

Very impressive response time and cleanliness of this company. We had a bad blockage under our subterranean parking and these guys took the time to cover up the ground and cars so that they will not make a mess. Very professional plumbing company.

Found this company on Google call them outon a Saturday night they came within one hour hydro jetted my system they explained the whole process to me made it very understandable after clearing out all the roots from the drain line.the technician then ran a camera and explain to me what was happening with my sewer system. Clean polite and well-informed thumbs up will definitely call them back and refer them to friends and family. I really do appreciate this company for clearing my drain considering the last three plumbing companies that came to my house were only interested in selling me a new sewer system thanks you guys rock.
