I don't see a state license number? What is the state contractor license for this company I would like to look it up to see if they are licensed bonded and insured before I use them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!

This company does not communicate WHATSOEVER & then without coming to your property or seeing what needs to be done they give you RIDICULOUS PRICING !!!


Please allow me to explain.

Brian was supposed to come to my house between 3-5pm he texted me at 12:21 today & I confirmed.

5pm rolled around & I made a called to the company & waited 20 mins to find out that Brian's van broke down & that they didn't know when he was going to be able to stop by but they could call me tomorrow by 12pm & give me a better time.

I asked if maybe he could video chat/FaceTime me & give me an estimate for it, I waited an hour for a call back & they said he would be calling me to FaceTime me.
He called, called me Valerie ... that's not my name & then said without even video calling me that it's 375!! I only paid 350 for the system ... wtf also it sounded like he was having a party in the background.
I heard music & people talking ... seems like a very unprofessional company.



DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. TRUST ME IT WILL BE WASTED. THEY OFFER FREE ESTIMATE BECAUSE THEY PRICE GOUGE YOU. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Daniel did a great job with the re pipe on my house. He was very polite and on time. While he was here he also found a few problems that had gone unnoticed and fixed them without even charging me just because he couldn't let those problems stay.

Brian and Josh did a great job fixing the bad plumbing I had previously done. I remolded my shower and the previous plumber did not measure things correctly. Instead of trying to bust out my new tile which was my biggest fear he tried many things until he found the right part that worked without damaging anything. I really appreciated it and would highly recommend them.

Saw the ad on Torrance Parent Facebook Group and saved the ad...called them when my sink started having issues. Brian came out and fixed it. He did a great job! Nice guy! Customer service person was helpful as well.

Easy to work with, very reasonable and knowledgeable. Talk about easy going and professional. I am remodeling two bathrooms and doing a lot of the work myself because I am on a budget. I totally needed Brian to do the work I cannot do. He doesn't try to get me to do more than I need, but definitely does tell me what I do need to do!

Talking about same day service. Not only LAPC came to my house just an hour after my call, they provided an amazing service!!! Brian who came to our rescue, installed my sink in no time. ( and I know it was NOT an easy job. The access was limited and no room to work around) He was very pleasant and efficient. Not to mention very AFFORDABLE!!!!!! Thank you!
