I am in the construction business and am constantly in need of a plumber. I had a lot of trouble until I worked with this company. They are decent and hardworking. I've never met such good people. I wasn't surprised that one of the owners has an engineering degree. It was a good experience in every aspect: price, quality of work, professionals. The commenting inspection that oversaw the work has impressed with the work done by this company. I am thankful for the good work they did and the good price.

It's really rare to find people that stick to their word even when it profits little to nothing to their business. This experience was great all around!! Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with and Thomas from LA Metro plumbing was so helpful in helping me find the right solution to an issue I had with my garbage disposal and also threw in some help with vanity sinks in the bathroom even though that's not what I called them for. He was always on time and always stuck to his word. It was nice to deal with such an honest and professional person ... Especially for such a nasty problem with the disposal that I was dreading for so long. I highly recommend and will definitely call again when needed.

I want to like these guys, I really do. They came over and fixed something for me once and it was great, so I wanted to keep using them- especially because they are so close by. So the next time I had plumbing issues I called them and left a message. No response. Called again the next day -same deal - apparently it was groundhog day? I don't know. Anyway it was same situation for THREE DAYS. No call backs, NOTHING. I ended up calling someone else to do the job and they came right away. Problem solved.

Now I have a new issue and I figured I'd give them another try since the last time I had called them was a 3 day holiday weekend. Maybe they were just overly busy? Well my boyfriend has now called them twice over the course of a week. No response either time. Game over with these guys.

Stay away-high frustration factor! Very disappointed in this company. I was referred to them and they initially returned my call to discuss what our needs were but then disappeared. They were supposed to e-mail us a picture and never did..we then followed up with phone calls and texts and no response. If this is how they handle potential new jobs, how can they be relied upon to do good work or stand by their work?
What happened to good old fashioned customer service?

It is hard to find a plumber that you can trust. I had water leaking through the ceiling from the second floor to the first. I contacted multiple plumbers to get different price quotes and opinions on what's going on. One company quoted me as much as $6000 to fix the problem which would have required full shower cabin remodeling. LA Metro plumbing charged me $90 for the visit and then additional $60 to fix the leak. Problem was solved in less than 2 hours. I will definitely call them again when any plumbing problem arises.

My toilet was backed up and these guys came right away and fixed it within 2 hours. They were Friendly and helpful and I have used a lot of plumbers in the past. This company was one of the best ever.

Approximately 2 years ago I had a pipe crack and leak in the slab of my house and ruin my hardwood floors. It was an emergency and I needed some one quickly to help stem the problem. LA Metro Plumbing was referred to me by a very dear friend, I called them and they arrived at my house in a very short time, located the leak in the wall and capped it off to stop the flow of water in a flash. After hiring a contractor to tear up my wood floors Thomas and Viggi came back to re-route my piping and get my plumbing back up and running. Whenever you call them they are concerned, courteous and prompt to respond. Since those initial repairs I use them all the time and they are always the same: knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and concerned. Great plumbers and great people!

Our building had a plumbing problem and Thomas from LA Metro Plumbing did a great job fixing clogged pipe. He knew what the problem was and didn't waste time in performing unnecessary job to bill more to our HOA. Great service, I would recommend Thomas for any plumbing services.
