Hired this company to install tankless 3 months ago. They have not been returning my phone calls, emails, or texts! The city gave corrections on the installation and the company is refusing to be held responsible for it! It's been 3 months and still nothing is done for a tankless!

Very unprofessional, do not recommend at all! Stay away!! Next action will be with CSLB.

During a party on a Sunday night my sewer line clogged and everything was getting backed up into my garage. Called Tomas again who showed up promptly at 9pm. He figured out the problem right away. I originally called Tomas to flush out the tankless water, but I've since used him for several other jobs right after we bought our new house.

One job involved a $5000 estimate from another company and Tomas gave a much more reasonable estimate of $1200! The other company was obviously trying to rip me off and I'll never call them again. Tomas is our go to plumbing guy.

After completing the service, Tomas, the tech, handed me the invoice and told me to pay later to make sure the tankless water heater problem was solved.
Unlike other serviceman that always demands payment following the service, Tomas trusts his customer. I will call him again if I ever need a plumber.
