Had a late last minute emergency ""after hours"" most definitely with my drain getting backed up...called up la drain experts and within 10 minutes, they were here at my residence looking for the problem...would most definitely call them again for any plumbing issues..totally satisfied

Incredibly kind, patiently described the problem and solution. One of them came on site within literal minutes of my call at the end of the day after finishing another job to trace a leak.

The tech spent a half hour looking at our property, our neighbor's property, came up with a number of hypotheses, tested each hypothesis, then concluded the cause of the leak on his own free time. Edgar spent time on the phone with me coordinating between 4 people, and the onsite tech juggled 3 conversations all at once.

I will absolutely be asking them to help with a few things in the future and highly recommend these guys.

Review based on customer service- I spoke with Edgar on the phone who was extremely communicative regarding pricing and variables. He was kind and patient with answering my questions and even offered to review a photo sent so he could provide insight on the type of part required and an accurate estimate. He was willing to do research and provide me with a call back to avoid unnecessarily sending out a technician and incurring a cost. He also had recommendations regarding places to buy replacement pieces. Please support businesses like this that care about the customers needs and are not just about making a buck.
