If there was a choice for zero stars, I'd give this service a zero. We had them do a ""deep clean"" at my brother-in-law's home after he passed away. In addition to being over 3 hours late, they may have vacuumed, but not very well. It was hardly a deep clean. Linda didn't check to see if her employees ever showed up nor did she follow up on whether or not they did a decent job. I've emailed her & sent her pictures of the ""deep clean,"" however, she hasn't responded. She did leave a voicemail for my husband about a week after the cleaning, but this was in response to a poor review we gave the realtor who recommended her service to us. We were charged $300 for a service that wasn't performed. DO NOT use this service.

Beware hiring this company. Originally quoted $980 and then charged $2200 later. We hired this company for a post construction cleaning and they did an AWFUL job. Two bathrooms were not cleaned. Our brand new galley sink was destroyed and has to be replaced (over $4000) because an abrasive material was used to scrub these stainless steal sinks. wall sconces were also destroyed. Incredibly upset seeing so much damage done to our brand new home. The business owner then harassed us through text message, I don't normally write reviews but I am APPALLED at this woman and how she's trying to force us to pay more than double that was originally quoted, on top of all the damage done that now needs to be fixed.

This employer Linda Clermont is absolutely ignorant rude and obnoxious in her hiring process. She asked very personal questions. She is aged biased and made assumptions about my physical ability to do the job. She is an abhorrent ,rude, unkind and utterly mean and disrespectful. I've never experienced such an obtuse interview by a self centered arrogant person. She asked if my ride was still there. She was completely unprofessional,she was crude,rude and pompous,she asking several personal questions about how I made a living and criticized me for helping my ailing mother for living with her out of state for 9 months.

I interviewed with LA cleaning and restoration services today with Linda the owner. I was interviewing for a painting position but she wanted to take me on as a cleaner. I showed her my portfolio to showcase my painting skills. Linda openly criticized me throughout the hour and a half long interview she conducted. She told me I was overly confident and that I wasn't going to do well in her company. She offered me the job and retracted it throughout this time. The interview came to an end when she asked ""So why are you divorced?"" when I explained I wasn't comfortable talking about that she continued to say ""I'll tell you why I got divorced and I'll tell you why I'm successful in my marriage"". After pressing me I told her about my abusive ex and left in tears. She followed me around the building in her car until I spoke with her. She offered me a ride home only to continue to criticize me on the way home. I have never been in an interview like this in my life. So many boundaries blown through. I truly feel sorry for the people who work under her. God bless. Here is her response to my texts about not taking the job with her.
