Hamlet is perfect! The best plumber ever. I will never call anyone else. It pays to go with him. He is very reasonable and has a great sense of humor. And more importantly, he is really sharp. He will find the best solution for you even in the worst situations. We had a main sewage line break under the house. Honestly, I don't know how we would have made it without him.

I called on a Sunday for a leaky shower. He was there within an hour and on time. When he diagnosed the problem, at first he wanted to replace the entire faucet but he found the problem and fixed it for free. He could have just replaced everything without saying anything and charged me a boatload but instead took care of everything for free. I will definitely call these guys (particularly this Hamlet guy) for any plumbing issues.

Had the main drain line blocked, and we could not use anything in the house that was connected to it -- toilet, shower, kitchen sink or washer/dryer. Found him on Yelp and called him at 9:58AM today (Memorial Day... wasn't sure if anyone would be open). Hamlet answered the phone but told me that he was at a job and needed to call me back. He called me back 30 minutes later and told me that he could come to my house by noon (there was another stop in Pasadena). He phoned me about 10 minutes before arriving to let me know that he was on the way and arrived in white (mechanic's) uniform ON TIME. We talked for a few minutes, and he quoted $120. In the next 15 minutes he located the main clean out and snaked it. Done. Given that it was an ""emergency"" call on a holiday, no less, I thought I may get ""hosed,"" although the high Yelp ratings had given me some sense of security. I am not saying that $120 is cheap; but it was money well spent. Hamlet was responsive, reliable, polite and efficient (no B.S.). Oh, additional plus items... no gangster tatoos, clean cut, and did not smell bad. I will certainly use him again and do recommend his services.

Awesome service! Called LA Affordable Plumbing today and within an hour they were at our location. Hamlet is friendly and does a great job! He unclogged 2 of our sinks in no time at all! I'm going to call him the next time we have any plumbing issues. LA Affordable Plumbing really is reasonably priced. =)

I called today to get someone to come install a valve for my capped gas line for my dryer. Hamlet answered and arranged for an appointment in the afternoon.

He called to confirm and arrived close to our appointment time.

He was friendly, to the point, and efficient.

It took him about 10 minutes to do the job. The cost was $99, which I thought was a bit expensive.

Satisfied with the service. I think the rate was high, though.

Who doesn't love a weekend that begins with a backed up sink to accompany a Friday dinner? On Saturday I bought some liquid drain cleaner and did a load of laundry to discover my sink overflowing with toxic goop all over the kitchen floor. I called Hamlet who got to my house in thirty minutes. Not only did he clean the main drain line (my washing machine is on another side of the house from the kitchen), but he checked the rest of the house for signs of stoppage, went outside (in the rain) to flush the main water release and went under the house to check for any other leakage. The charge was a third of what I expected to pay. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and this company. This is the plumber you want in your phonebook.
