STOP LOOKING NOW!!! This man, his name is Hamlet (Cool name, his dad liked Shakespeare.) is the best plumber I've ever met, period. And I've met a ton. He is on time, diligent and knows his craft. He cares, he's pleasant and is very honest.
***His prices are extremely reasonable. He doesn't mess around. Big or small, he gets the job done. I swear you will be happy. If I could give him more then 5 stars, I would! This is one of my highest recommendations I've ever given and he deserves it. Call him, you won't regret it!!!

Excellent work. I needed a plumber to change a 20 years old water valves in the laundry closet. I live in a condo and I had permission from the building manager a 2 hours window that I can shut off the main water for the entire building so I can do the repairs in my unit. I called Affordable Plumbing Services, whom I found using Google Search for plumbers near me. I spoke to Hamlet, and explained the situation. The guy was professional all the way and he arrived at my location within an hour. When I asked for an estimate over the phone, he said he needed to come and see the job first and he will not charge for that, which is awesome. He looked at the valves and told me $275 for both valves. No gimmicks no games, straightforward honest. He explained that he will need to break an opening in the drywall to access the copper pipes and cut a small piece out of them to take out the old valves, then solders a new prices and attach the new valves to them, which he did in one hour, given he had to go to the store to buy some parts. Yes, I need to get that wall patched up, but I am ok with that. Fast, excellent work. I am very satisfied with the work done and I highly recommend this company.

Hamlet was great! I called many plumbers before and they could not arrive the same day. Hamlet came within 2 hours of calling. He communicated well and gave updates on his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, cheerful and positive, he loves his work and it shows. He fixed my toilet efficently and quickly and the price is affordable. Would recommend using him to friends and would use him again!

Hamlet is the BEST!!! We were moving our daughter into her med school apartment and needed to install a water filtration system with short turn around time. We were driving to LA from out of town. Hamlet stopped by the apartment to check out the scope and reported back promptly, allowing us time to have the landlord drill a hole beside the air trap before he came. Hamlet kept calling to ensure the landlord's part was done. The landlord completed their part at 10 pm! Hamlet arrived on time the next morning at 7:30 am, installed the filtration system and then waited one hour to make sure it didn't leak. He even tasted the water! Who DOES that these days? During his hour of monitoring, he found where the leak was in a brand new dishwasher, and helped determine if we could get stronger flow from the shower head ( we couldn't, but at least we found out). I had initially interviewed two other ""5 star"" plumbers who never followed up after initial contact. I can't say enough about not only the quality and caliber of Hamlet's work, but also his highly ethical and trustworthy character. He never even asked me about a YELP review. I told him I was going to rate him highly and hoped others would choose him. He smiled and sort of shrugged his shoulders. I gave him a large tip. Our family was so grateful for his care, and we felt very secure with his recommendations and his work. He is super legit and very kind and friendly. Thank you Hamlet!

Excellent service. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I did a quick yelp search and found LA Affordable plumbing. I called and Hamlet picked up. He came same day. Found the problem. Fixed the leak same day. No hassles. He went and bought the parts himself and came back. Very fair price. Highly recommend for all your home plumbing servicing needs.

Hamlet from LA Affordable Plumbing is an amazing plumber! I've had a few recent issues where we've needed someone to come quickly to fix urgent plumbing issues ranging from pin-hole leaks from pipes under the house to a non-working garbage disposal to installing a new water line for our refrigerator to be able to dispose water and ice, and Hamlet made time in his busy schedule to fit us in on short notice, many times on the same day.

Hamlet is an honest, hardworking and straight-forward worker who does a quality job every time and doesn't overcharge you or try to sell you things you don't need. He does a great job diagnosing the problem and presents his best-recommended solution and works with you on alternative solutions if needed that fit your situation. Also, his phone is always ringing several times during his visits with other jobs so you know he's in demand and has plenty of other work, but when he's working on your issue, he gives you undivided attention and makes you feel like his only customer despite his busy schedule.

I've recommended him to my mother, who had some major work done by him, and to my neighbors. LA Affordable Plumbing and Hamlet is the only plumbing service we will go with. We're so glad to have found someone reliable who gives us fair prices and accurately quotes and fixes the problems he finds. We've haven't had a plumbing problem yet that Hamlet wasn't able to fix and nothing he's fixed has had any recurring problems yet! That is quality work that stands the test of time.
