We called one day in need of a water heater, an odd sized one another plumber had told us would be difficult if not impossible to find. Hamlet said he'd be by at 9am the next day and he showed up on the dot. A few hours later he called to say he'd found the water heater and would install it by early afternoon. And he did.

I can't say enough good things about Hamlet. We are thrilled and grateful for his service.

My shower faucets have been broken and leaking badly for quite some time and I've called multiple plumbers that came and looked at the issue, and said they'll come back and fix it, but then they were never heard from again. I called Hamlet, because I found him here on Yelp, and we scheduled for him to come and take a look. He came today, quickly opened and inspected everything, told me that he can fix it, and gave me a fair price. He went and purchased the parts he needed and within an hour everything was back to normal. Hamlet is a lifesaver. He is very courteous, friendly and professional. I'll definitely be calling him for any future issues, that I hope don't ever turn up.
