We needed work on a well pump that was losing pressure. Smith didn't work on deep pumps but referred us to a reputable company in Hermiston who got right on the job. Other Tri City pump repair folks hadn't even bothered to call us back

We had no water this morning. I called L. W. Smith and they told me to put a heater in front of the pressure valve in the basement and see if it was a frozen pipe. I did that and water is back on. They could have made a service call and therefore made money, but instead gave me free advice. They were truly remarkable. We have lived in the house 20 years and this is the first time we had a frozen pipe.

No water, nothing... just moved to the area and had no idea what to do. Asked a neighbor and they referred me to Jeff @ L.W. Smith Pump Company.

Couple of words come to mind to describe Jeff: Honest, Ethical, and Informative.

Jeff and his tech were on site the same day my pump failed, tested everything and quickly identified the issue. It was an inexpensive electrical component that they had in stock. Not only did they have that in stock, they were on site with a brand new pump to install it just in case it was the worst case scenario.

If you have any sort of well issue, need a well drilled, make sure you give these guys a shot. I'm a fan for life.
