Very unprofessional. I called Wednesday February, 17 as my water heater bursted and was leaking. I understand that everybody is in the same situation, however, I was promised I would get a call back the next day to have a plumber come as soon as possible. I never received the call and I called them back on Friday and no answer. I called again today Saturday, February 20 and was told they didn't have anything on their list. Very unprofessional. I've been a couple of days without hot water. Take your business elsewhere.

Cannot believe a company would not accept a referral for business. Would not trust anyone that takes that stance... not professional at all !!

We have lived in our new home for less than one month. The third night we had to have a plumber come out because our showers and tub started backing up with everything the we used water for in three days including waste. Then this past weekend our ac went out. We called the emergency hotline and were told it's not an emergency since we have two units and other houses only have one. The phone agent was extremely rude. How many new house did you build that have ac issues? Checked the panel outside and one of the fuses burnt out. Apparently your electrician did not properly wire the units. We were worried all weekend the house would catch fire. My husband called Monday and asked for a manager, no return call. Called today and still no call back. Nothing we can do because the builder uses you company but we are completely dissatisfied with your company.
