L Richards Plumbing was a great company to work with. They were the second out of three companies we consulted for the job. Our decision was made based on Gale who provided me with great customer service by answering my questions and concerns with such professionalism and patience. She had someone at our house within the hour to assess the situation at hand. That, someone, was Kenny. He assessed the situation and advised us that someone will contact us with a price. I honestly thought the leaks we had from our bathroom through the kitchen ceiling (already made holes in our ceiling) were going to cost us both our arms and legs. Gale called us back with a very reasonable and fair price for the work to be done. Which was to find the leaks, repair them and replace both our toilet and vanity. We agreed on the set price and scheduled for work to start the next day.

Kenny showed up bright and early and on time with a mask on. He wore it at all times. He did all the purchases of materials needed, breakdown, repairs, and installations. What I was most worried about was the mess that I would have to deal with afterward. There was nothing much for us to do but to sweep a second time, wipe down, and mop because he cleaned up after himself, took out all the garbage, and took everything with him. That's including the old toilet and vanity plus the boxes the new ones came in. We were so impressed by that because the other companies told us we would be responsible for all of that. After the work was done, he advised us to call in immediately if we saw or heard any leaks. The only call I had to make was a ""Thank you"" one.

I don't know about anyone else but from beginning to the end it was an amazing experience and a job very well done!

Our water heater broken early Saturday morning. We called and got an estimate for new water heater for same day delivery and install. They said they had a distributor and would arrive within the hour. The mechanic arrived to survey the situation and started the removal process, the new water heater arrived within the hour. The whole process was completed around 2-3 hours. Ken/Len were very professional and cleaned up the work area before leaving. Very satisfied customers, highly recommend! We've used them for big and small projects and prices quoted was what was charged.

We hired them to do a job and the person who answered the phone by the name of GAIL was very rude and disrespectful. I don't know how they do business there but because of her I would not hire or recommend them to anyone or anybody.

Emergency is a tough spot for anyone. L. Richards came through wonderfully. The night before our water heater went down we had to surrender that addressment until the following day after the funeral we had to attend. L. Richards worked with us in regard to time. They were understanding and supportive. Their service was care free. Old water heater out new water heater in. What a relief to have chosen L. Richards for our plumbing needs.

Thank you Mr Richards and Mwanza. Thank you for a job well done on replacing rotten pipes under kitchen sink and basement old pipes and new valves for outdoors and water efficient toilet replacement. So far so good no leaky pipes. My questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. Prices were fair and reasonable with the extraordinary work that was completed. Mwanza is very very professional, meticulous, and skillful indoor plumber. He explains where he see piping that was installed incorrectly from other installers. From start to finish Mwanza and Mr Richards were responsible, thorough, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem, and they helped me to understand what had happened and what needed to be done and they were able to fix it.
