Leroy installed my gas fireplace, which I wanted instead of my previous woodburning fireplace that my home came with. The results are perfect - beautiful fireplace, lots of warmth, heat, cozy atmosphere for my living room. Even my dogs love to go relax by the fireplace. Leroy is very professional, knowledgable, experienced, reliable, he has great communication, he stands behind his work. I feel confident having this experienced individual handle my fireplace. He puts safety first. As I said, the fireplace looks incredible and really warms up my home. He is kind and friendly, even my dogs liked him a lot! Very happy customer here, highly recommend without reservations! He is trustworthy and well priced too. Responsive, answers all my questions. Can't say enough good things.

My partner and I bought our first home a couple months ago and knew we wanted a gas dryer and range, but the house only had gas to the water heater and furnace, so we decided to extend it to the laundry and kitchen, overall about 50'. Leroy came highly recommended from our formal landlords but we did our due diligence and obtained estimates from a number of other businesses as well. Leroy's estimate blew every one of the others out of the water, so that and his reputation made going with L&R Services a no brainer. Leroy is a busy man so had to book him far in advance but the wait was worth it. He showed up right on time and had the job done in a couple hours, much faster than I anticipated. Overall extremely happy with the project, will certainly be using L&R Services for future home projects

Leroy was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. But above all he was very reasonable and actually diagnosed and repaired our gas fireplace issue after another company had told us we should just replace it for $1200. So glad we found him!

I can't speak to their service in person, because after calling for a quote, the person who answered the phone came across as patronizing, impatient, and kind of rude. I found another place that quoted me a price that was $5 more, but they were polite and friendly. I'll pay 5 extra bucks to not feel like I'm being treated like a moron.

LeRoy is efficient and reasonably priced. Best of all, he's so clean you'd never know he was over. He's cleaned and maintained our gas fireplace for years. He's very busy but works to get you on the schedule.

Gas fireplace kept going out. Leroy got it sorted out and cleaned the entire fireplace including the glass. If you're looking for superior workmanship at a fair price, give them a call. Leroy was also right on time. Haven't had this great of service and quality work from a company in a very long time.

Leroy was very professional and did a wonderful job repairing my fireplace. He got it working in less than an hour. And provided guidance for better performance and how to turn on the pilot light if it goes out.
