I'd also like to add that he is a wiz with plumbing issues. I initially called him for our fireplace and afterwards casually mentioned a general plumbing issue. Turns out he has the highest level of plumbing training as well! He gladly took a peek and was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair while he was on site!
