My son had apparently flushed the whole toilet paper roll which clogged the toilet. Called L&R, spoke to a nice lady who took down my information. Lloyd called me back within 10 minutes, asked if someone would be home in the next 10 minutes. I was shocked.

Fixed the clog with an auger, ran a maintenance check on all toilets, and actually stopped a leak we had in another bathroom.

Lloyd was Honest, lightning fast, funny and reliable.

Came by and looked at the job ,said he'd be back in two days. Never heard from him again, won't return calls. very immature behavior. Only gives out his answering service number, so he never has to deal with any clients if he doesn't want to hear anything negative, like " where are you ","you said.this .." don't call him, waste of time. .

Lloyd identified the leak in my yard in no time at all, and resolved the issue. He returned to clean up the yard and then installed a replacement to my failed waste disposal. He is knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. The job is explained as he works. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again for any of my future plumbing needs. And he only billed when all work was completed. 5 Star cat friendly plumber!

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that no one likes dealing with or paying for plumbing issues. Plumbers can get very expensive. I'm currently starting a new job, just moved into my first house, and am low on money.

When I had a clogged toilet that no one was able to successfully unclog, I called Larry. He was very responsive, and gave me the lowest estimate I was able to find. He was a pleasure to work with, got the job done quickly, and was more than fair at negotiating the cost of the parts and labor with me.

I would definitely recommend him to others.

Called Lloyd at 10pm for a slow leak, he showed up promptly at 8am and cleared out the clog within 30 minutes. Price was cheaper that others quoted. Lloyd was quick, friendly, and punctual. My new go-to plumber. Thanks Lloyd!

Lloyd was friendly and helpful at 7 a.m. on a Monday morning. He came in and found that I needed a new water heater. He came an hour later and installed it and by 11 AM I was taking a hot shower. He even showed me how to maintain the equipment and was overall very good to do business with. Highly recommended.

My water heater decided that on the way out it wanted to send a message, and it figured that the best way to do it was to flood all over our master bedroom closet. No, that's not where we keep the giant tank, it's just where the water went because the guy who installed it thought it better to save ten bucks and NOT put a drain pan underneath to dispose of errant leaking water.

In a panic (and at 10pm), I called around the highest-rated plumbers on Yelp, and Lloyd was the first to say he could be here the next day. He laid out exactly what he would do, how he would do it, and how much it would cost.

I have often thought that I would like for one of my sons to become a master plumber -- now I know that I'd like for him to be as effective as Lloyd. Great work, reasonable prices, and a very pleasant person to deal with.

Oh, and he put in a drain pan. I expect this water heater to go a bit more quietly into the night when it's all said and done.

RUN, dont walk away from this snake in the grass. this guys quoted a price, pulled the permit and then tried to double his price upon commencement. When i told him no, that i would find someone else to do the job, he threatened to NOT remove himself from our permit until we payed him off. Not to mention, he delayed the job for over a month. RUN!

I have no complaints on the service(although promised service between 9-11am ended up being 5pm) the job was well done. The part that I have a complaint is price. He doesn't give you an invoice, and I learned you can't trust his "estimate". Long story short this ended up costing more than originally verbally quoted, for no good reason...i would have understood if the job had required extra work etc but it was a routine job. Don't trust Lloyd estimates is my advice, get it in writing or better yet find an honest plumber instead.
