You know, I didn't actually use them; but, if their customer service is anything like their quality, then I would stay away. I was attempting to call my local plumber here in FL. I somehow accidentally ended up dialing these people. The guy who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. When he learned I lived in FL, he did not tell me I have the wrong number. Instead, he asked, ""You want me to drive all the way from West Virginia to FL?"" I replied, ""No, I obviously have the wrong number,"" he chuckles sarcastically as I continue, ""but your sarcasm is much appreciated."" At this point I hang up. Throughout the conversation he kept saying, ""Wha? Huh? What?"" Absolutely ridiculous. For their poor customer service and their attitude, I recommend finding a plumber in Piedmont, WV whose service orientation is rises to the level of quality customer service.
