we have a broken pipe under our house and they would not even come to look at it for over a month. In other words, we have no water in our home for toilets, showers, washing dishes for a month. Our holidays will be ruined! no merry Christmas or Happy New year in Mena AR! Thank you L&M

Here to rant about my experience with L&M plumbing. Our water pressure regulator went out and they came to fix it. Arrived just after 12pm, completed the work and left just after 1pm. The crew who came out said we needed to contact acorn water because our main meter was out. We were without water because of this for over 24 hours. I am pregnant and we also have a 2.5 year old. Acorn water came out and the meter was NOT broken but the plumbing crew had actually installed the pressure regulator incorrectly. L&M did come back out and correct this issue. We received the invoice and were confused about the cost. Spoke to the nice lady in the office named Kimberly, and she created an itemized invoice for me and e-mailed it over. On this invoice it said we were being charged for 2 hours of labor (not including the return visit for the mistake they had made). I emailed back and explained they were only here for an hour during the inital visit and asked if this can be fixed. Paying $125/hr is already a lot, so to be charged for time they weren't here perplexed me. She was friendly and got back to me stating she would send it over to her boss. Then I got the call that they were charging for the 2 hours because that included drive time.. Ive never worked with a company that had charged like this before. Now I could see if we were a significant distance away, but we are only 5 to 10 minutes from town. We called and my husband spoke with Derek the owner. My husband explained what happened and Derek asked what he thought would be fair to fix this. My husband said for us to be charged for the 1 hour of labor, which is what it took for the work to be done. Derek replied and said if he is going to change the invoice to reflect that, then his company will no longer come out and service our house. We are repeat customers of this company, brought our concern to them and then are threatened with no longer servicing because of it. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service we received. And irritated that on top of that, their mistake caused us to be without water for over 24 hours. Ridiculous that people feel they can treat others this way. Especially when we live in such a small community and plumbers are hard to find.

We needed a new hot water heater. Not an emergency, but a need. The set an appointment and Kimberly, in the office answered all my questions. She was so polite and helpful. The guys, Tim and Kyle, showed up right on schedule. They knew what they were doing, like ""the back of one's hand"". Old one out and the new one in with the required upgrades in and cleaned up in just over an hour! Very professional! We are super pleased with their service!
