Sam C.Scott Lusk the new owner took $6100 over three months ago to install a septic system. After asking for our first refund he decided to finally come install it.... but without the approval of SRA the authority of our county. They demanded he remove it. He did. Scott Lusk finally sent $1975. in the form of a check months later. We inquired about a FULL refund. He stated in an email "he would pay in full when he got paid from other jobs". Meaning he stole and spent our money. We are filing suit and have reported him for felony theft to our local Sheriffs department.
