I had to have a hose bib replaced on the front of the house because I could not get the hose (put on by a previous owner) off. Lui also told me that the hose bib had lead in it And that many people were replacing for just that reason. I was given a service window between 8am and 10am. He arrived shortly after 9am.
He went straight to work and was done in no time. When he was finished, he demonstrated that the replacement worked properly and told me that it was frost free.

The faucet in our guest bathroom began leaking really bad, and when I shut off the water under the sink, it began leaking, too.

L & J was fast to respond via text and asked for some details up front-- a description of what was going on, some pictures, etc. -- then they set up a call to discuss a plan. After the call, they sent us a quote, which was priced fairly compared to other companies we'd contacted.

On the day of our appointment, they actually reached out to offer to come earlier! That timing didn't work for us, so we stuck with the originally promised time, and they showed up toward the beginning of that window.

They were communicative through the whole visit, very professional, and displayed a lot of knowledge. I felt very comfortable with the work they provided, and the extra steps to make sure it lasts a long time!
