John just drove all the way out to Upland to help diagnose and fix a problem with our drains! He was able to come out almost immediately (which is amazing, during covid!) John arrived wearing a mask and got right to work. He snaked the drains, removed and reset the toilet and left the house as clean as it was when he got here (or cleaner, haha!)
Extremely, EXTREMELY nice man. Thank you SO much John!!

Planned a sewer main (approx. 120 feet straight run) hydro jetting with John. John and helper arrived on time. His sequence was jetting first, camera second. Other people Ive used usually do camera first to see where/if any problem areas are, jetting, camera a second time to see the finished product.
I watched the screen image from the camera and saw several areas where the jetter did not clear away the root intrusion in the sewer pipe, roughly three spots, mostly at the joints. I asked him if he was going to clear the root intrusion with another jetting and this is where things went completely sideways. John explained to me that jetting does not clear root intrusion and suggested I buy some root kill from Home Depot. When I made the point that prior jetting did just that, and I have been jetting the property every two years, and would he please redo it or use an appropriate nozzle, he let me know that ""plumbers are salespeople, nothing more"" and ""I was sold a jetting, not a root free sewer line"".
If your looking for a 6'4"" 300 lb guy to come to your job and go thru the motions - not at all concerned about the quality of the job - and then stand over you to intimidate you physically and verbally - this is your guy.
