My tub was leaking into my living room. I called Wes of L J Butler on the evening of Saturday February 4th and explained my issue to Wes. He mentioned a couple of scenarios that could be causing this issue and advised me that he could come out Sunday if I really needed it. I told him that the problem could hold off until Monday. He arrived at my residence,excessed the problem and executed it within 30 minutes. He advised me that he was certain the gasket on my overflow was the issues and if I had any other issues don't hesitate to call. Thank you LJ Butler plumbing for your due diligence and transparency.

I'm a property owner whose tenant called to say water was leaking from the upstairs bath tub, down to the dining room. I immediately went online searching for plumbers. I came across a Yelp reviews, and chose LJ Butler. I left a message at 8:07am with my info. I received a call back from Mark Butler at 8:13am, and we discussed all the details. Mark arrived at the agreed time, assessed the repairs and reported back to me. Work was completed, and we couldn't be more pleased. Event the tenant called me to express how professional, and curtious the technician was.
The leak was repaired, and pricing was fair.

Prompt, outstanding service. One of the bigger companies couldn't come for a week but I needed help right away. Butler stopped by the same day, checked out the problem (I needed new kitchen sink faucet), and replaced it right away. The young man who came was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he explained everything in lay terms. I highly recommend this company!

I have an older house (built in 1924)...It's hard to find an ""old school"" professional for any job who truly understands the difference between working on my house versus a newer one. Despite the little challenges, my water heater was replaced in about an hour. I was able to watch the work & ask questions without feeling like I was being intrusive or talked down to (this is very important to me).
I called on Saturday night, received a phone call Monday morning, & the work was finished on Monday.
For sure, my ""go to"" plumber from here on out!!!!!

He did a great job and was very professional. I got two other quotes for the work- one for over $1000 and one for $4600. Butler did the job professionally for $500 and fixed everything. My wife and I are happy with the price and the work.
