I've had two negative experiences with Engleking plumbers. The first time they used a snake to take care of a backup in the plumbing line. The plumber that was sent came with a 10 year-old sidekick. They tracked wastewater sludge up and down my carpet and when the plumber put the toilet back on he forgot to put the seal on. The base of the toilet cracked the next day as a result of this and water went everywhere. Come to think of it I've had at least 3 negative experiences. Another Engleking plumber came and used an air pressure blast on my sink drain which resulted in sludge water getting blasted all over the walls and in my face. The third time was to repair a leak above my ceiling coming from the upstairs neighbor. The Engleking plumber only caulked half way around his toilet and more water ended up leaking into my unit as a result. Unless you want an unpredictable cheap inexperienced plumber, avoid Engleking at all costs and find yourself someone who knows what they are doing.
