Meet your local plumbing specialists. We are a locally owned plumbing company. Our Indianapolis-based team is dedicated to keeping water where it belongs. Plumbing is our sole focus. We cater to both residential and commercial clients in the greater Indianapolis region, including Carmel, Greenwood, Brownsburg, Fishers, Noblesville, Plainfield, and Avon. Equipped with the latest tools, we tackle any plumbing challenge. From fixing a dripping faucet to handling sewer repairs, we are here to help. Owner Lance Smith founded L.D. Smith Plumbing in his garage in 2011 to offer plumbing services rooted in integrity. Over the years, we have developed a dedicated clientele who believe L.D. Smith Plumbing is known for its “Dirty.Stinking.Honest.” approach.

The owner, Lance Smith, began his plumbing business in his garage in 2011 and expanded his team by hiring his first employee just three months in.

Lance established trust with customers in the Indianapolis community in no time. Rapid growth led Lance to move out of his garage just six months after starting. By 2012, L.D. Smith Plumbing relocated to its first official shop near 71st Street and Binford Boulevard in Indianapolis. Currently, our offices are located in a larger space near downtown Indianapolis.

Despite our growth, we remain dedicated to supporting our local community by engaging in community projects and events and keeping an open-door policy for all customers.
