I scheduled an estimate with L&D plumbing and was told they would come out on Thursday at 9:00 AM. They never showed and did not call me back when I left a message. I received a call that Monday saying they were busy and short handed that day. I understand things happened so I re-scheduled another estimate for the following Friday at 9:00 am. Well no one showed again. When I called they said they would get someone out here. I had to ask ""what time"" they responded in about a 1/2 hour. I mentioned what happened the 1st time and asked if they were sure someone would be over. They then said we pass on giving you an estimate. I could not believe how unprofessional they were. Really disappointed.

Steve is one of the most nice and honest people you will ever run across. My first experience with L&D was through my homeowners insurer when I had a slab leak in the bathroom probably 12 years ago. Did excellent work. Had another slab leak a few years later in the kitchen, I recommended to my adjuster that L&D be used again, and another excellent job. In the years since I have hired them to install bathroom fixtures and fix faucets, always done right and priced reasonably. Have referred them to friends and nothing but good reports. I wouldn't consider using anyone else, they're the first and only call I make for plumbing repairs.

After haggling with our home warranty company for three days over an out-of-service kitchen sink, we gave-up and called L&D, who had fixed a problem for us, once before. I was stunned when Steve showed-up within three hours of my calling. I was even more impressed when he told me that he didn't have the parts needed with him, but that within two hours, another L&D plumber would show-up and fix the problem.

Sylvester showed-up on time, knocked-out everything, which was A LOT of work, within an hour, and everything is working perfectly.

I've worked in construction for 31 years, and this was the most honest, and impressive, plumbers I've EVER seen.

One of my bathrooms upstairs recently had a major leak and flooded all downstairs causing extensive damage. Steve from L&D plumbing came by and fixed the problem right away. Not only did he explain to me what happened he gave me a few Duffy options on how to fix the problem. A true professional and a master of his trade!!!! I highly recommend this place for your plumbing needs and problems.

This man is a ""pipe whisperer."" He had some very cool devices and gadgets that allowed him to locate the main drain without having to dig!! This company was recommended to me by two different people and I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

I had a back up of my kitchen sink. I called these guys and the plumber came out right on time, did his thing and no more back up! Also reasonably priced! It's good to rely on someone who knows what they are doing and being honest about the issue.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I guess it takes 15 bad plumbers to find 1 good one these days. We met L&D (Steve) from our homeowners insurance company after a bad slab leak was discovered. Not only was the insurance related repair made with absolute perfection, but we had them come back out to do some additional work at our own expense. I wish I had found these guys a few years ago before we did a complete remodel and went through at least a dozen unreliable or bad plumbers who didn't know what they were doing or were flakey about showing up as promised. I do not feel L&D was any more expensive than the other people we had dealt with, but they are professional, clean, ethical and reliable. I can't say enough good things about them and I will not only refer them to others, but we would absolutely use them again in the future without any hesitation.

Couldn't be happier with the service! We had two plumbers out who couldn't fix our clog and both said that our slab needed to be opened. Fortunately for us, they quoted extremely different prices so we felt like we needed a third opinion. We called L& D and Dave was out the next day. He fixed our problem without having to tear up the slab and the price was more than reasonable. We definitely have found our plumber of choice!
