After I reached out to Armando, he was at my house within 20 minutes for a free evaluation. He evaluated the two problems we had (broken tub stopper and slow draining sink) and gave me a very honest assessment.
He found that the slow drain we had in our sink was not as serious as we thought it was and unclogged the drain right then and there. Dealing with an unsophisticated consumer, it would have been so easy to upsell me, but he did the opposite.
It is so refreshing to come across an honest and fair professional. I had been putting off fixing our plumbing issues because getting bids from gigantic plumbing companies feels icky in the way it feels to be haggling with a car salesman.
