I had Alexis come to my home today to repair my plumbing issues with my kitchen sink and bath tub! He was phenomenal, such a knowledgeable plumber and all around great guy with a good personality! I highly recommend Alexis from LA hydro-jet, top shelf plumber!

So I was sitting at a green light waiting for oncoming traffic to clear so I could turn left onto the freeway. There was a line of 15 cars behind me and only about 3 were making it thru each green light. But I waited patiently for my turn. Then this jerk decides he's special so he cuts me off and pulls in front of me *in the middle of the intersection* so he doesn't have to wait. He not only cut in front of everyone but he caused me to miss my turn because he took it. Actually what he did was he ran the light because there was no opening for us to turn on this try- so he also broke the law (my picture straight up shows him in the intersection while it was red). Completely unprofessional and RUDE. Who the hell would hire someone for a plumbing job when they cheat at basic things like driving? This was on 02/12 at 4:10pm in case the company sees this and wants to ask the driver why he drives like sh!t in the company van. Moron.

These guys blocked our driveway and showed no remorse for doing so. They knew they parked illegally because one crew member stayed in the car. But he didn't have a key to move the car, so he just sat there and looked at his phone the whole time

Very Disjointed! Technician ran a high-pressure line through the two driveway drain openings to the street which cleaned out some of the mud/sediment from the drain. When I asked if the high-pressure line he was using would clean out the roots as well, he told me that it would take a separate tool/head to do that and that there is not a root problem anyway. I found this very hard to believe, because last year I had the driveway snaked which pulled out tons of roots. I was expecting to have the drain cleared of ""ALL"" debris and that simply did not happen. This company came recommended and I will be contacting the referring company to let them know of my disappointment as well.

Ronald and Edwin came to jet the sewer system of our apt building- I couldn't be happier! They came in under budget, under time, were more than on time, and were the best technicians to work with! Guillermo even gave us extra service.

Very rude and unprofessional. Quoted one price and tried to up-charge two times. The final price quoted was double the original price. Save yourself time and money and call someone else. I should have looked up their reviews before hiring them.

The worst communication and customer service I've dealt with for years. They jacked up their prices and want cash after service. That's fine but be upfront with your costs. Don't hide the access fee. Last time I will use them.

I USED to use them but no more. They came out and cleaned 2 sinks and then did the same service they have done each year. They clean out from side of house to the street.

The man took off the access cap on the side of the house, ran, the hose down about 15 feet to the street, pulled it back in and that was it.

On the bill they charged me $125 for difficult access. There was nothing difficult about any of the job. From the minute the man pulled up to the minute he left took less than an hour for the whole house.

I called and told them there was no difficult access they didn't care. So this is the last time they do any work for me I will use someone else from now on.

Best service... I had an emergency at one of my clinics at 4pm on a Saturday night... called them and explained that we close at 5 of course giving them short notice I did not expect them to show up right away, but they were nice enough to tell me they will call me a little befor they arrive... sure enough they called me in 30 min saying they are 30 min out giving me enough time to get to Glendale... the plumber I don't recall his name was knowlagble and helpful fixed the problem in less then a hour given that It was almost 7pm on a Saturday night and I had plans... I was on my way continuing to enjoy my weekend! Knowing that the clinic will be safe and open for business in the morning.

Terrible ""customer service""-- they were hired by the manager of our apartment building for an emergency plumbing repair, and never sent us an ETA. As the 3-hour window closed (7 pm to 10 pm), I called them only to be told that they could not reach the technician to find out why he was late. Needless to say, the appointment was cancelled. This company is completely unprofessional, and after our complaints to the manager I assume this company will never be hired for plumbing repairs at this building again.
