We had a very good experience with this company. Our tenant flushed baby wipes down the toilet, so the main line was clogged. Called this company on a Sunday afternoon and they came the next day exactly when they said they would (and they would have come Sunday for an extra charge). They sent a text saying they were on their way with the name and photo of the technician who would be coming. He snaked the main line and pulled out all the baby wipes. Price was as quoted. I would definitely use them again.

The manager of this company named Tony is super rude and I'm totally shocked that he's been a manager for 10 years... so he claimed. They jetted the pipe on my rental house. I was promised 2 videos (before and after) for $658.... a 2 hour work. When I first asked about the video, I was told that the video was corrupted which is a total lie. They then sent another plumber to take a video but obviously it's the ""after"" video. Instead of telling me that they forgot to take a video before they did the work, this rude man told me that he would refund my money and to never call his company again. Number one, it's not his company and I've been a customer longer than he's been a manager. Number two, as a business owner myself, I would have fired him for talking to my clients like that. Instead of finding a solution, he talked down to me and accused me of not wanting to pay them. I told him that I wanted to pay and to never talk to me like dirt and that he's only managing a plumbing company. Sadly he thinks he's such a big important guy. If he's not happy with the company, find another job! The customers are paying for his salary! Way to treat a customer. If I was told a lie for a corrupted video and did not get the before jetted video, how would I trust this company? Mismanagement will lead to a close of a business. This is what this guy is doing. I hope the owner reads this review as I'm going to leave another review on Google. Just because he's been there for 10 years, doesn't mean that he can get away with talking down to his customers. I do want to say one nice thing. The collection person named Teresa is a super nice lady. The company should have promoted her to be a manager of this company and demoted or let go of that rude Tony guy. She's been with the company for 26 years and has nothing but being polite and pleasant and truly listened to my complaint about this issue. Unfortunately she's in a collection department. Bottom line, don't deal with this company because they don't deliver what's promised to you.

If I could give no stars, I would! Worse service I have ever experienced with this kind of service. Their plumbing guy broke something under my sink, claimed to have fixed it, yet I had black slush spewing from my kitchen sink this morning (while no one was using it)!

The first scheduled appt made with them, their plumbers came out (supposedly), but didn't call me or anything, & just left bc they couldn't get in. They could have easily called my call box unit # to access entrance.

Second scheduled appt with them, they supposedly came by again, & claimed they called me (but I did not get a missed call).

Third scheduled appt with them & I get a call at 9pm from their dispatcher saying, the plumber is here, but there's no parking. So, I had to go downstairs and assist them in finding somewhere to park.

The plumber came in & attempted to fix the issue... but now my plumbing is all messed up (see pics).

Never use this company! Go elsewhere. Trust me!!

LA Hydrojet has been my go-to plumbing company in the past. I have established an account with them for many years and I always recommend them to families and friends. But not anymore.
Katrina, the customer service rep, and Jennifer, the supervisor, were extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
I first called about two weeks ago because my tenant's toilet and shower backed up. The technician came, and did the job but did not finish. Left without letting us know. So we called, spoke to Katrina, and were told that the toilet will be put back the next day. The next day, the tech came and finished the job. No issue, paid for the job, and everyone was happy.

Fast forward to yesterday, same issues happened again. I called again and spoke to Katrina. I asked if I will be charged again and if the job is still under warranty, and she said it was not under warranty because it was a different job. Katrina said last time was on a different unit than this one. I argued that it was the same unit. The old job receipt said guest house, and the new job said unit D. But they are the same unit. I asked her to check with her technician but she just loved to argue. Eventually, she said she will check, but then she continued again just to prove her point that it was a different job by saying last time it was a shower and this time was a toilet.

Again, I had to argue back and forth with her and said that it was both the toilet and shower. Only when I said I had a picture of the last job for both the toilet and shower when she finally stopped arguing and looked for the record. Then she admitted her mistake, but without apologizing. She then said that I will be charged anyway because it has passed the 7 days warranty. At this point, I did not trust her and requested to speak to her supervisor.

Jennifer came on the line. I started to tell her my issue with Katrina but she cut me off immediately and said that Katrina has been a great customer service rep. Afterward, she did allow me to speak until I finished but I can sense that she already made up her mind that I am some kind of customer that only look for freebies. She then said it was out of warranty no matter what. Therefore, I asked why don't you just tell me this from the beginning, instead why did you guys try to make it about a different unit, or a different job? I told her clearly my business is not important to them. So I will pay for this but this will be my last business with you guys.

She started replying condescendingly that she will not force me to pay, it will just go into collections. Which was completely an unnecessary comment. Especially when I already said, I will pay for it. So I confronted her, I said you were being very condescending and no wonder why Katrina behaved that way. It seemed it started with you. She said ""well, I let you speak but you kept cutting me off"" When she said that, it was clear to me that I could not have any dialogue with her. And it is clear to me that she weaponized the first minute we spoke when she let me speak just so that now she could paint me as the villain that speaks over her. Which was not true, because I had been nothing but calm. At this point, I just hung up.

This was an insane experience. The charge was not much, and I will pay it instead of going through the hassle of disputing it. But clearly how this matter was handled was completely unprofessional. If the owner of this business care of this business, I hope he or she listens to the recording of our phone conversation. I don't believe that customers are always right, but their behaviors were completely unacceptable.

Juan Carlos Sanchez was prompt, he and his gear looked nice, clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem, cleared out my brackish sink and replaced a broken part that caused my dishwasher to flood the counters. He explained everything, cleaned up the kitchen area nicely and earned a tip from me.
