Alex is a good plumber that came recommended to me. Had a nasty clog in my master bathroom sinks and shower that was caused by lye (don't ever use that stuff), and failed trying to snake it myself. Finally gave in and Alex came the next day with another worker, both took off their shoes without hesitation as I requested - says a lot and was a big deal for me. They took care of the issue in about an hour and also helped me a bit with my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and were respectful. Good work, nice, honest guys, highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

We bought a 40 year old house in Hacienda Heights and needed the sewer line inspected on a very tight timeline during escrow. Alex at L.A. Drain Inspection was able to get out on a moment's notice. He had to hydro-blast (my term, don't know if its the right one) some roots out of the pipe to clear it so we could see through. Provided us with a clear video of the line as well as clear explanation of the issues. When we needed a report because the sellers demanded to know more in escrow negotiations, Alex provided us one in short order (same day we asked, I believe). He's a nice guy, good communicator, very helpful and professional. We're so glad to have found a good plumber!

Just a quick update or actually more of a 2nd Review. I felt the need to add this to the review because I'm extremely happy with Alex and his teams' work on my parents old Victorian home. They had a pretty bad situation in one of their bathrooms that was backed up and began to leak. Alex sent someone over ASAP and was handled right away which kept the damage to their wooden floors minimal. Very Greatful. Thanks Again!

Our kitchen drain got backed up on Christmas Eve and our property manager who normally handles repairs was out of the country for the holidays to do anything about it. We tried another so-called plumber who was ill-prepared to fix it on his first visit and was a no-show for the 2nd appointment. I googled around and saw this company listed as 24 hours, so I gave Alex a call at 7:30 pm. We talked and I could tell from the phone consultation that he was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a person of integrity. He offered to come by the next morning at 8:30, he showed up on time and got the job done quickly and masterfully. Once he assessed the matter in person, he actually LOWERED the price which was already at a reasonable rate. I have saved his information and will absolutely use him again in the future.
