They did not even have to do work to get one star. The driver was going about 100mph on the 15 freeway swerving in and out of traffic at 7a. He almost hit me and many other cars. He kept slamming on his breaks and speeding like a crazy man.

Worst experience ever which happened to cost me 10,000 due to their negligence and not properly doing their job. I was referred to them by my home warranty company. I was told to take them to court. Dishonest and not skilled. BEWARE!!!

This guy would have no business if it weren't for equally sleazy warranty companies. He came out to my place, looked at the job and sent a report to the company saying exactly what was needed for them to not cover the repair (a bold-faced lie). He then gets to pocket my $75 claim fee and not have to do any work. All 5 star reviews on here are clearly fake!

We rent our home and shortly after moving in a raw sewage type of odor developed in one of our bathrooms. Turns out the shower didn't have a trap under it (huge no-no). Without a trap the sewage gases were coming up into our home. It was a huge project since the shower floor was intricately tiled. It was a 5 day project (currently on day 2). Kyle and Robert came a couple weeks ago to asses. Yesterday they fixed the shower upstairs (had to replace the body showers that stopped working) and today they pulled up the floor in the downstairs. Mitch, Kyle's son joined Robert today. Both are very nice and professional. They kept me informed and up to date on the whole process step-by-step. Very well mannered, acknowledgeable, and professional. They know what they are doing! I definitely recommend! Thank you Robert & Mitch!

Kyle and crew were super helpful and very professional they came in and evaluated our AC in a quickly matter although there were a lot of repairs to be completed he worked with our warranty company to make sure our AC repairs were approved and completed very quickly. Kyle was very understanding and communicated every step of the way of when the repairs would be completed. I am very happy with the work and how fast and efficient Kyle was with completing the work.

Opportunities for improvement:
- they did not let home warranty know that we had a 1/2 suction line inset on our 40 year old ac (or did not see it on the initial inspection). New one is 7/8 and they asked for a significant amount to upgrade it, not covered by the warranty
- after installation, the evaporator condensation was running off into the furnace and garage floor for a day. Fortunately we finished unpacking our cardboard boxes or we might have had damage
