I give Scott Gilmore a 5 star review he's extremely professional and very knowledgeable thanks to him my home is as cool as can be thank you Scott to the lady who answers the phone ur very unprofessional lia

Worst customer service ever this is not even a professional business their business is from home really not professional they don't answer your call and takes forever to do a service also lie about other things your service needs to overcharge the customer and insurance company

Great service Scott Gilmore came out to our house and fixed our A/C it has never worked as well as it is today thank you very much for your great service we highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in our future AC and plumbing needs

Worst customer service ever! No sense of professionalism whatsoever. Had a ""tech"" come service my central air, it's still down. My AC was sprayed with foam & washed down. That was supposed to be a solution. Tech never came back. Now I can't get ahold of customer service. When I do I get hung up on. My receipt for $200 is literally a piece of scrap paper.

Home warranty sent these unprofessional people to fix my central AC! Just to get duke $200 . Son came to just spray Acid Foam on the outside unit and said that should fix the problem! Yeah right AC kept shutting down after his 'SERVICE' he didn't have no reciept to give me after I handed him $200 in cash if it was credit card it would $275 ! This was July 11th. July 23rd with another heatwave, tried to use the AC and same problem I first called them for kept happening. So nothing was fixed, I called Mitch and said he had an emergency I respected that and he did call me back and said I needed to call a service call and of course another $75 for that! I was pissed already because he didn't not fix it and to get charged again! I call home warranty and said that kyle gilmore closed the service and gave a report that they replaced a fuse! Really!! Wth, he just sprayed foam on the outside unit and washed it down with water I was there all the time! I didn't see him replace a fuse, he charge $200 to foam the unit and rinse! If that's what he calls PM!! Home warranty contacted them for another service call and they sent Oscar on 7-25-18 from kyle gilmore checked everything and said oh I have the wrong service call after speaking to the owner Kyle and he left, but said Scott will come tomorrow 9-9:30am. Well today is the day 3pm and no one showed up, I text them and no one texted back! Very disappointed! Very unprofessional
BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES! This is not the end of it, I'm going to the BBB too! So many bad reviews and still gave them the benefit of dout. If I had a choice would not give them a star at all

We just moved into a new house on a 110 degree day. Scott was out there working in the heat for us and went above and beyond with explaining what he was doing, showing me the new vs old, and even called a few hours after he left to make sure the unit was running fine.

My home warranty contracted this company to inspect and repair my air conditioning. Let me start at the beginning when I got a text message to schedule service and I responded that was fine. I received a ""Thank You"" response at 1:49 AM. When I contacted the company the next day to inform them that their auto response was sending out text messages in the middle of the night, the woman on the phone said, ""No, that was me."" I said it's not cool to send text messages in the middle of the night and she was quick to point out that she had 50 appointments to schedule and that was the first chance she had to respond. I should have known better than to move forward then.
With the appointment scheduled for a 4-hour window on Thursday, I took off work. The two people who showed up were too big to get under the build-up to survey the problem, so they said they would send a smaller technician the following day to do a report. I was told the technician would be there at 9:30 AM. When I texted the office at 10 AM I was told that the tech had another 4-hour window to arrive. And there goes another vacation day from work out the window. When the tech finally arrived he surveyed the problem. He told me that he was pretty sure he could fix the problem within the $1,000 limit of the home warranty, and at most, it would probably be a couple hundred out of pocket. I was very happy about that. He said I was his last stop and he would go back to the office, write the report, and someone would get back to me by the end of the day (Friday, July 13th).
On Monday I called the Home Warranty people. No report. On Wednesday I called the Home Warranty people. No report. Except now the Home Warranty contacted Kyle Gilmore and said....hey, you have to submit this report. On Thursday I got a call from Gilmore office asking me if I could remember who came to my house. Then I had to tell them what the issue was under the house. On Friday I called the Home Warranty company again and they said a report was submitted, but the report said all the ductwork had to be replaced and they sent a request to the HVAC company if any of it could be repaired. They expected an answer by the end of the day and someone would contact me by Monday.
On Tuesday morning I called the Home Warranty company for the last time and I was told the Kyle Gilmore submitted a bid to replace all my ductwork for $3,300 and indicated that nothing could be repaired. Obviously a far cry from ""we can work with you on this project."" Needless to say, I took the $1,000 payout from my Home Warranty and I will hire another vendor to execute this repair. However it is now 15 days since my original call, and considering it will be over 100 degrees this week it is likely I won't get anyone to my house within a week. Congratulations Kyle Gilmore plumbing. You have now earned you sixth one-star review.

This company is quick to provide a solution and charge you for it - without properly diagnosing the problem. Quick to overcharge for the most minimal items telling you that it's the best deal in town. NOT TRUE.
Wouldn't recommend them. They will it come out on a weekend unless it's a $10k or more job.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Do not use him for tankless heater repair....he does not understand them. I had to get another person to fix his repair!!! Just RUN AWAY!!!

BEWARE! My warranty contracted Kyle for our water heater and Kyle himself came to first diagnose the problem. He said that if after installing new parts, it still didn't work, he would order a replacement. He basically lied to my face because after the parts were installed, the unit stopped working but he decided that it was working fine. How does no hot water mean that the water heater is working??? When I asked to speak to him about why he told the warranty company it was working, his rude receptionist basically fought with me and refused to put Kyle on the phone. She was very rude. Also FYI if a bad tempered receptionist is the first thing people deal with when they call you, you're going to lose customers. So end of story, the warranty sent another contractor who determined the water heater is in fact busted. Avoid this company at all costs - unprofessional and incompetent to say the least.
