It seems to be hit or miss with Kyle, sent him a text 4 days ago, figured it would be less obtrusive, but still no response. I say if you are lucky enough to get him great, but don't keep trying if you don't because you will be wasting your time.

I called Kyle and he was at my house two hours later! I dropped my travel size contact solution bottle in the toilet (oops) - so it was clogged and wasn't flushing. He had to remove my toilet and there's a whole process to that, but he explained the whole thing to me in case I ever needed to do this again (Hopefully not!),

It took a couple of days to get a return call but once we connected, he came over the next day to fix my leaking shower. Kyle is very polite and professional and explained what he was doing at each step. He had to leave twice to get parts but got the job day same day and offered a 30 day guarantee. I'm very pleased with his work.

Very, very honest! Showed up at my house and my toilet suddenly flushed after not working for several days. He didn't even charge me for a visit. I just want to say he was very nice, professional, good customer service with all my contact with him...which is very rare these days. I had a sudden plumbing issue with one of the toilets in my house, had one guy come out who was SUPER rude and not helpful. Then I called Kyle who was at my door 20 minutes after getting off the phone with him. Very nice guy and did everything he could to fix the problem! I would definitely recommend him :)

Kyle is the best! I was desperate to get my newly purchased garbage disposal Installed. Lowes couldn't install it for two weeks! I called Kyle, and he arrived 30 minutes later!! I was lucky, because he had another job near my location that afternoon. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, had very reasonable fees, and we had a fun conversation while he completed the job! I highly recommend Kyle and will definitely call him next time I need Handyman or Plumbing services.

I had a great customer experience with Kyle. Not only is he obviously a skilled plumber but for me it was all the little things that took him over the top. First he called me 15 minutes before he was due to let me know he had encountered a traffic accident and would be a few minutes delayed, then he took off his shoes before entering my house and then to top it off, the bidet I asked him to install was missing parts so he got in his truck and went to Home Depot. They didn't carry them turns out but he didn't charge me a cent over his original estimate even though this took an additional, unplanned 45 minutes. Kyle is my Go To plumber for sure and he should be yours too!

Absolutely superb! Exceptional communication and functional expertise. Called Kyle Sunday evening and was looking at our new Moen motion kitchen sink 24 hours later. Didn't charge to run to Home Depot to get a part. One of the coolest vendors we have used. Funny and steered us in the right direction when considering replacing a garbage disposal ( admittedly was operator errors causing our issues ). Kyle didn't try to up charge and tack on work. Kyle is our new go to plumber when we need projects done.
