I called to inquire about replacing a bathroom vanity/sink combo with new one, involving connecting new faucet. Kyle told me his license doesn't allow him to do jobs like this. However, yelp reviews indicate he certainly has done this for others! Phooey.

Unhappy. I don't have much to write because HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I called him twice, maybe three times in a period of two weeks. Not one call. I don't know how this person does business without calling people back. Unprofessional. Too bad for him because I got my work done professionally and in a timely manner with another plumber that does call people back. Good luck.

Kyle was terrific! Called him on a Friday afternoon to clear a clogged sewer pipe - all of our toilets and bathtubs were backed up. He called back right away and arrived 90 minutes later, as promised. Kyle snaked the pipe and cleared the blockage. It was great not having to go without using our plumbing overnight or over the weekend! Kyle was fairly priced and professional.

Based on Yelp recommendations alone, I called Kyle to repair a leaking toilet. He arrived the next day at the exact scheduled appointment time, took his shoes off, and went right to work. He spotted and repaired the problem immediately - the back/stool section tie-down bolts & nuts had not been tightened properly when the toilet was installed by a licensed plumber a few years back. He then went around and properly tightened all the bolts/nuts on the other two toilets also installed by that plumber. They weren't just a bit loose - they were barely installed at all. Kyle was surprised they hadn't already leaked. He then opened my clogged dishwasher drain and installed a new sink mounted soap dispenser I had on hand. All this for $95.00. I suspect if I had had a few other things to do, he would have taken those on as well - for the same charge. So far, the work has all been excellent. Highly recommended! I'm glad I've finally found someone to do these kinds of ""handyman"" jobs.

Kyle came over to install a new garbage disposal for me, and to replace a part in a toilet tank, and then came back when the latter item acted up a few days later. But I think the tank just liked Kyle better than me, because it refused to misbehave in front of him. Kyle arched a brow at me, probably assuming me to be missing a few parts myself (quite right), but the bottom line was that he took a look, kept checking it for several minutes while we earnestly discussed all things Doctor Who, and did not charge me for the wasted trip. Kyle is not crazy about climbing super tall ladders to replace things like way-up-there light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries at 15' ceilings, nor anything too mysterious in terms of electrical work (I needed a broken light switch lever replaced, but the wiring looked unfamiliar to him, so that was fine), but for plumbing matters, he is so on it. He will also try to talk you through a repair that he thinks you can handle yourself, so if you're prepared for a learning curve and some youtube videos, he will at least try to save you from a service call. We had a leak but couldn't figure it out in our kitchen sink area . Kyle found the problem, told us what the best options were. Since our faucet was the issue we had Kyle replace it. We highly recommend Kyle, he explains everything, is friendly and has a lot of integrity and a good work ethic, knowledgeable and he takes pride in the work he provides.
We appreciated him getting us in the same day I called. We will definitely will use his service again in the future! Thank you kyle

I am so glad we called Kyle! We've had issues that have been ongoing for months. We had a leak from the base of our toilet, it was improperly installed by the installers of one of the big well-known warehouse home stores.
We received a ridiculously high quote from a local plumbing company to reset our toilet, install a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal.
So glad we called Kyle, he did a wonderful job installing these items, his work was clean, professional and thorough and his prices were at a fraction of the plumber company. From now on we will always call Kyle for all our plumbing needs!!!
