Superb customer service! Immediate response even for a non emergency call! Detailed process explanation! Unfortunately, as Kyle anticipated problems that might come up which would be beyond his license (tho I suspect not beyond his ability) he couldn't accept the job. Suprizingly, he would not accept a service call fee. In effect he diagnosed the problem (making me an informed consumer), and then called the plumbing company he recommended and explained the situation, all at no charge.
Anyone else know a business that does that?

I called Kyle last minute to replace our garbage disposal. He scheduled me for the very next morning. He was clean, courteous and charged exactly what he quoted. He made every effort to go above and beyond to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.

We will definitely use his services again if needed.

I called Kyle late on Friday to ask about a dishwasher installation. He told me he could do it the next day between 2 and 3 and that he would call me before he headed over to give me a heads up. Sure enough, a little after 2 I got a call from Kyle saying he would be here in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was professional and friendly. He got right to work and had my dishwasher installed in a little less than an hour. It works perfectly and looks great. He was a great guy and his fee was very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again in the future!

Thank you Kyle!! I love my new kitchen faucet. Kyle was right on time and did the job within the timeframe he quoted. No hidden fees. Great work ethic. I decided on him because of the great reviews. He did not disappoint. I will be calling him again soon to replace my bathroom faucets. I highly recommend him. Just remember he works hard. He happened to pick up the phone when I called (came the next day) but if you don't get him on the first try... Be patient. He's worth it.

Kyle was great! He did a great job with our leaky toilet and sink. His rates are VERY reasonable. He didn't have all of the parts needed to fix our problem in his truck so he went over to the local Home Improvement store and purchased all of the items needed. Within a couple of hours, everything was fixed and back to normal. In an industry filled with con-artists and scammers, it's very nice to have someone who doesn't try to overcharge you or up-sell you on repairs that aren't needed.

We will be calling Kyle again for any plumbing or general handyman services in the future!
