we had a pipe burst during our recent cold snap. Mike Kyler was recommended by a neighbor; called him and he arrived within 30 minutes.
Did a great job, very reasonable and even suggestions on how to wrap the outdoor pipe to prevent a reoccurrence! Grateful!

I was in desperate need of a plumber. My ice maker line had broken and was actively running into my crawl space. The cut off to it was under the house, so I could not get it. I called Kyker Plumbing and let him know. He said he would be out there that day. I never heard back from him, and assumed he had went out there, turned the water off and left me a bill. He had not. The water was still running. This was also running into my kitchen floor, and he knew that. The next day I called him again, and he said he would get his sons to go out there that day. Once again, I expected it to happen. It didn't, but no phone call or anything to tell me it wouldn't. 6 days went by with this same senario. FINALLY he came out and then said ""There is water all in the crawl space. I have to go get a pump."" He left and never came back. No phone call. He saw what kind of trouble I was in, and simply left. A few days later he came back. He said the cut off was in the house and he had to get in. I didn't want him in bc my floor had been flooding and I had quilts laying everywhere and they were wet, and I KNEW the cutoff was under the house. He left. I called Quality Plumbing from Morristown. A man named James came right out. He went to the crawl space, reached inside and cut the water off. He was there 10 minutes. 5 of which was talking with me. NEVER USE KYKER PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!!

No show after scheduling a fix. Don't use kyker plumbing. Will have you waiting all day even if they say they are ""on the way""

He did some work for me last year,so I called on him again 2/3weeks ago.He came 2 days later to look it over,said he would do it the next day.I sat waiting, even called him-no answer. No return calls,haven't seen or heard from him since.Good Luck getting anywhere with him-better off to keep on looking elsewhere.

First time he came to look at the job he was late and never called.
Second time to come do the job he was an hour and 15 minutes late and never called. I called him and he said ""maybe in a half hour"".
This wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't changed my schedule around to fit his schedule. I had to get up and to the house where the work was to be done by 7AM. What a waste of time Kyker is. Don't bother.
